PRODUCT REVIEW!! Trying out KoalaGP holographic inkjet sticker paper

- Hi there!! m.koalagp.com/ reached out and asked if I wanted to try out and review their sticker paper. I was so excited to make some beautiful holographic stickers! They even surprised me by sending the star holo as well….everyone at work was STOKED to get their own personalized stickers (some had never had any before)!
It was super easy to work with even though I’ve never made stickers before! The closest I’ve done was printable vinyl for a tumbler design. I just designed what I wanted in my silhouette design studio and printed with the registration marks. My silhouette is a little older and doesn’t read reflective or super shiny surfaces well, so I put a little matte tape over the registration marks and it was good to go. So try this if your machine gives you trouble reading a shiny surface. You can also cut with scissors or a paper trimmer if that works for your project. The ink dried fast and did not smear. I figured out the my new blade wasn’t set to the right depth and it took me a few tries to get it to cut out. 🤦♀️ The back peels off super easily. Just gently bend the sticker back enough to loosen the paper.

Hi! Please what kind of printer and ink do you have? I’ve heard dye ink is better for vinyl and waterproof but pigment ink won’t work because it will need lamination or something (sealing spray)? Then I read something completely opposite on another vinyl sheet product so I am bit confused😂 Now there’s also this fact that black ink is different and colorful one too, within one printer (I use HP LaserJet one). If you can share any tips on this, that would be a big help! Thanks in advance:)
Can you draw on the sticker paper with a marker?
