Hi everyone, my apologies, I wanted to post this video yesterday, as part of my weekly Sunday schedule, but due to filming and processing this in 4K, my broadband had a meltdown and the video didn't upload in time, so had to post this evening. I've got Sky coming out next week to upgrade my broadband so should be all sorted soon. Hope you enjoy the vid, even if it is a bit late, many thanks, Nick.
Here is the thing....I always try to not judge someone by their looks based on prior experiences. It doesn't always work. It didn't work for her. Are you "Kinda Mean" looking...NO. But your demeanor is serious and all about the work to be done. It is obvious she hasn't seen you doing your one-legged pressure-washing dance. 😀 But now she knows, you smile, you joke, and once the job is done, you relax. Mean....hell no....focused, serious, yeah. Perhaps tradesmen like yourself, Ben, Sid, and others can provide suggestions/referrals for trusted tradesmen of other trades. It may help those who don't know where to look and have to rely on their own intuition. This job was absolutely stunning. She has a beautiful garden and patio. As always, Nick, your workmanship is top quality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

How funny, I never thought you were looking mean, not even in the beginning of following you 😊 You looked shy and cute ;) That must have been quite the impression of those people before you. I'm in awe! You chivalrous knight! The part of leading the lady on the planks was so adorable 😊 You really know how to leave a good impression in a lady's heart ;) I've never seen any black marks in your videos, it was all nice and clean just like your result today! Even though the driveway was old, it felt really good seeing it so neat. How often do those marks happen? I just remember a time when Sid tried out a new hose and it left lots of red marks, but otherwise no marks from him either.
Aw, you've just made me blush 😊 Thank you Tatjana 🥰 I normally rinse down the black marks as I work back to my machine, they're actually quite common, might start showing them more so people can see what a nuisance they can be 🙂
8:09, the colors of the property are starting to light-up as the cleaning progresses. That place has beautifully kept gardens. The XJet can do such meticulous edges, this job looks to turn out extra well. Liked how you were able to do some of the rock wall, top and brick edging. The back patio was intriguing because the pattern and colors were so different than elsewhere. Pleased to see you managed to outwit any drainage trouble there and the drain worked for you. Didn't know there could be a problem with hoses vibrating and leaving marks, that have to be power washed for removal. A useful thing to know. While the Go Pro froze, I'm sure you carried on doing meticulous work whether or not it was watching/working. You've already been doing your edge dance, moving pots, brushing sand under draping bushes, etc. An excellent result. Enjoyed the ending photos.

I do seem to say this a lot when commenting on your videos, but "above and beyond" really applies here. Creating a path across the chemicals to let the homeowner get to their front door. Nick my friend you are an absolute gem. Instead of reacting badly to what was a really shocking thing to say to you, you took the time to talk,listen and find out the reason behind her feelings. Her experiences were awful and her reaction was understandable under those circumstances. Then to be so kind and considerate when she went in and out she will be praising you I am sure. You were spot on about those low points in the driveway. When you looked at the before and after photos you could see really dark and very dirty areas in exactly the spots with the hypo mist 😊 That patio came up beautifully 🥰 Then that unsafe path well you would have thought you just laid a new one the way it came up soo much safer for her. Last but not least I feel you on the sniffles (you knew I would do 😂). Of course my son came back from respite coughing and sniffing and my daughter started doing the same yesterday. Guess what's coming up next week..... Yep school holidays 😢 so They will have recovered just in time and I will be ill guaranteed 🤦🤦🤦

I think that trigger is the same as mine the ST-2600. Also on another of your cleans you use a short, 1ft perhaps wash down lance, could you tell me where you bought both, many thanks in advance. I'm a year late to the party but presumably the customer thought you looked mean because of the beard. Sounds like pogonophobia to me, which is the fear of beards or other facial hair. This can be treated with CBT or exposure therapy!! That said, the next time I see a spider in my house, you know, when they come in looking for mates, I'm going to tell it that it looks mean and ask if can I trust it (not to crawl over me in the middle of the night) 😱😱😱😁

I'm a year late to the party but presumably the customer thought you looked mean because of the beard. Sounds like pogonophobia to me, which is the fear of beards or other facial hair. This can be treated with CBT or exposure therapy!! That said, the next time I see a spider in my house, you know, when they come in looking for mates, I'm going to tell it that it looks mean and ask if can I trust it (not to crawl over me in the middle of the night) 😱😱😱😁
