Discovered you. Enjoy your videos. You are hardworking with solid integrity. You motivate my husband and I to get a little work done outside each day. I’m 67 and he is 73. Thank you for what you do. You beautify many homes with your skills. Best wishes from Wyoming.
What a great job you have and do. The feeling of satisfaction at the end of a project must be good. To see the results of your efforts as you go , I envy you .
Beautifully done. Watching you sand it afterward is so relaxing to watch. And no problems with the camera this week. Thanks for sharing, Nick. Fabulous work as always. Hope you have a wonderful week. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hey Coppertop, thanks so much for the great feedback as always 😊. Lol yes no issues with the camera, but give it time, i've no doubt something will happen to it while recording the next few vids 😁. Have a great week too 🤗💕
Ya another one! Getting up to watch on my big screen. Another great wash, black spots gone and it's a sunny day - HAPPY DAYS Nick. Watching from New Zealand.
Heeey Barbarella, hope you enjoy watching on your big screen. I've been filming in 4k lately to try and make it look better for people watching on their TV's lately. I hope it's making a difference. Many thanks as always, Nick ❤️
Hey, Nick! Beautiful job. It was pretty straightforward for you - no daring tree trims or other acrobatics this week! 😄 But your client was so right - it looks like new! I was surprised to see the frame of dark tiles all round the edges. It wasn't really visible in the "Before" shots, but after brightening everything up as you did, that dark frame really pops and adds such a nice touch. Glad to see you alll the love from your customers! Have a great week, Nick! 💙
Hey Lucinda, yes indeed, quite a nice straight forward job with no dramas 😁. Aw cheers, it never gets old hearing nice things about the work I do. Gonna try and get more reactions from now on, think it's something people want to hear/see . Have a great week too ❤️
What a beautiful day and lovely customers 💕 I agree it does look new 👍🏼👍🏼 You never disappoint! Please don’t feel like you have to take off your mask, we can hear you just fine. I hope you are ok ? 🙏🏻
Thank you for explaining the importance of wearing a mask with the hypo and that it's dangerous to the lungs. I've seen one creator using it with no mask of any kind, and laying down 2 layers, and I was just shocked. It's nice to see professionals like yourself using ppe, and even telling us why it is so important. ❤❤❤ many blessings towards you and your kin
Nice real nice.Your expertise shows on every job you do Me who can't abide the smell of bleach or even insect spray cringe when you spray the hypo.Though it's necessary.Take care of yourself. Thanks for the videos.🇹🇹
We use a ploymer sand here which must be the same thing by a different name. I love the complete job that is given to the customers. Great outcome. Looks brand new again.
I just a huge area of mine like that but haven 't bothered with sand. I suppose I should but the thought of scrubbing it all in... can't we get a robot to do it these days? Such hard work as I've already scrubbed in the hypo (I don't use surfacant in it which I think is why mine doesn't have the chemical reaction we perhaps see in the video)
I really like your content. I think you're very thorough meticulous. I especially like how you apply the chemical. Your generous with the chemical. You let it soak for a good amount of time. You're very thorough. I've seen other men who are doing chemical on concrete or bricks. And they put very little chemical and then it's like they hurry up and rent it. And I like the way your your method is good job
Another great job, Nick! Interesting about the hypo--I thought you needed the mask because of the chemical itself instead of the chemical reacting to what it's cleaning. Learn something new every day. Stay safe!
All the pressure washing videos I watch you are the only one I see plop down on you bum and tend to little detail areas while sanding! Attention to detail is clear, what a professional job! Love the customer reaction, especially “the boss” 😂 beautiful job!
Lol, thanks for noticing that Kelli, I'm not afraid to get down in the dirt if I need to, although my dodgy back and knees wouldn't agree 😄. Thanks for the awesome comment ❤️
Absolutely beautiful truly ❤ May I ask did they not want the front bricks cleaned? That would had been beautiful 😍 Please keep your mask on while the chemicals are active 🙏🏼 Do voice over if you need to yah 🥺🙏🏼
Many thanks Deanna, no I won't be doing that again in a hurry, slap on the wrist for me 🙁😁. The customer didn't say anything about the brick wall, and if i'm honest, I didn't really notice it. All the best, Nick 👍
Many thanks mate. The pavers under the window still had their original top coating on them, so they looked darker, so they appear less clean compared to the worn blocks. The rest of the blocks look much brighter because when blocks are exposed to the wind, rain and sun, it wears that layer off and exposes the lighter colour underneath 👍
Wonderful job! ❤ The leftover sand do you just get the trash/leaves out and keep using it? I mean I’d think it would still be good to use.I noticed you filling up a bin past couple of ones. Do you always do that? I thought you just used the customer’s outside tap.
Hi Rebecca, thank you kindly ❤️. Yes I just bag it back up again and use it on the next job. As long as it's still dry it's good to use again even if there's a few sticks and leaves in it. Yes i've always filled up a bin. I do use the customers tap, but i fill up the bin with it, then draw the water from the bin, which slowly drops down as i work. The tap is always open/on, but it can't keep up with the amount of water i'm using. So I have to keep an eye on the bin to make sure it doesn't run out, as it can damage the pump on the machine if it runs dry 👍. This can be a huge cause for contention with us pressure washing guys, as slow water pressure from the customers tap can really slow us down. 👍
Oh wow what a transformation 👏, great vid as always bud, keep up the awesome work, may I ask when you put down the SH do you do that as an extra or just price it in to the job, just asking as I'm just starting out myself and wondering what others do, thanks bud 😎👊
Hi Zed, I used to separate it, but now I just include it in my quote, because 99% of the time there's always black spot to some degree. If on the rare occasion there isn't, then i'll charge less than the original quote, which is always a nice surprise for the customer, and always very much appreciated by them. But like I said, it's very rare that happens 👍
Another great video and superb job. Hope you don’t mind me asking, but what sort of pressure do you have on your jet wash for the initial clean? Many thanks
It is fun when you can restore something to "like new". That was a lot of damage you got reversed, even the dreaded Black Spot, and it looks good. I could pass the quiz on sand use but the solid material (repointing) sometimes used could use more explanation if you would.
@@PrestigeExternalCleaning Some places you go and "the pointing" has worn out. Apparently it matters what it is replaced with/repaired with. Also, why is a more solid filler used compared to sand?
Beautifully done! So I know this is an older video, and I’m new to your channel but I’m curious as to if the customer is paying for the sand you have to lay down? The only reason I’m asking is cuz you said sand is lost when you pressure wash, and the sand is what holds the pavers together for stability? So do they have to pay for the sand or is that something you do on your own?
You got those poor bricks from looking like they'd been brushed with *_tar_* in some places, to looking brand-new and freshly-laid. You aren't a cleaner; you, sir, are a goddamn _sorcerer~_ 💯👍👍👍

Didn't mentioned the name of organic solution which was sprayed...
Hypo, hypothetically ;)
What made the spray so foamy?
