I meant to edit this in at the start, if you aren't at level 241 yet you can still go fight whatever monster will give you the most points (atleast you'll have more variety than this) but the material collecting will take much longer as even the second best material still requires 2 to fill up the meter completely
Aye! Thanks Pyrac! So far the only good talisman I have is a 4-1-1 WEX 2, Burst 2. Still trying to pull for good Attack boosts and rare ones like Buildup Boost.
these are good tips, thanks. There is a third method (for those that don't know) to get MP but its only for Switch and you need the Malzeno amiibo. Talk to Oboro the Merchant, select Read amiibo, scan Malzeno which guarantees you 1-3 MP's. back out of his menu, Exit the game, do the time skip (system setting, settings, Date and Time, manually change dates a day forward), back into the game and repeat.
@@BigDBrian i agree, but i also can see both povs on this. I think having to wait for talismans to finish is very unintuitive and boring asf as a mechanic. It doesn't even rely on you hunting a monster, just completing or failing a quest (which failing is obviously way faster). Overall i think the talisman system is better with sunbreak than base game but the waiting game is still very dumb.
This can be cool for console players to get good talisman fast when the update is dropped, but they would need to farm the monster like F. Espinas or S. Magnamalo alot to have materials, etc etc... it is still sad that its not separate updatr and it will just gonna everything in 1 blow
The "in two quests" part of the title felt a bit clickbait-ish but I gotta say, after having died to arena rajang 10 times in a row myself for farms before, it's really not that tedious. good vid
for those not 241 i'd recommend heaven sent/berserk dual blades against diablos/seething bazelguese to level outside of your bonus levels as they kind of just completely melt the blokes. me tu6, yes hello suzuki san can I please target build up boost? no
I still don't understand why talisman crafting is a literal gacha simulator. Just give me the skill I want with fixed material needed from skill related monster like fire damage need material from rathalos can get fire damage lv 1 and higher ranked monster get higher level damage.
You can get the skills you want within reason, the super skill talis that are risky to use or completely change your equipment options which are tied to random chance (cyclus lets you choose, vigor is for super skills). They've designed it in a way that you can atleast try out the builds but have to put in the gacha grind for a super optimized set which keeps you playing
Valstrax being an easy blood farm is the most bs thing I've ever heard in my life>:( SHAGGY IS WAY EASIER i don't want to be a prison victim cause of valstrax's stab💀 Edit: this was after a risen valsrax 200+ hunt
Oof the footage i had in the background was the 4 minute 29 run i had in the stats sheet, was considering uploading it but i didn't commentate it as i just wanted some background footage while finishing the testing xD
If using DB, vals is easier tbh, elemental build, aim for front leg (i can deal 110+ damage perhit here even if it was enraged). Shaggy got tons of AoE, and delayed attack as well, and that’s problematic for counter-play or even block worse part is, this guy’s weak point is its head… the most dangerous place to be at
@@RokazRavenne oh right yeah update...valstrax aint that bad xd not getting stabbed as much now and yeah i checked his weak elemental body parts and im still practicing his moveset. i take back half of my opinion since im used to shaggy's moveset xd

just a quick, short video with all the important facts we need. THAT's how i love my monster hunter vids! thank you very much!!

I have all the amiibo cards for mh on switch so I'll be looking forward to trying this, good tip
compared to hunting monsters in the game called monster hunter, not very fun :)

Why I don't have the Zinogre quest?
Still farming for a Berserk 2 Talisman
Is it possible to reset the melding sequence? Since i tried 200 melding with MP, yet none of them got the talisman i wanted
BRB, gonna go farm like 200 accelerants
Worth noting the hazard amatsu might be better for accelerants depends how fast you can kill either one.
The zinogre hunt is a pain in the ass w/ db...hope to see someone speedrun that
I have hundreds of talisman melded.
But none of which has 3 levels of Frostcraft..
I always got only 1 level..
Ughhhh..
Bro fuck everything, HOW LONG HAS THIS ZINOGRE QUEST BEEN IN THE GAME!?!!!???????
it was introduced in one of the last updates.
@@Pyrac dude I been sleeping now all we need is an armor sphere quest
