The most helpful video I've seen for my singer because you kept it , clear, brief, simple.
This was incredible helpful!!! Thank you for making this video! ❤️

I knew it had something to do with that this video really helped me my presser foot was not moving whatsoever I just never knew what it was because there was no instruction explaining what that was thank you
Could you tell me where the factory setting is like 1-1/2 turns out from bottom,I touched mine and cant get it back to stock?
Mine was 1-3/4 turns out from bottom

Thank you, ma'am.
Do the sm024 have this feature?
I really need help with it cus i need to use this for a cosplay im working on because the fabric cant move due to how much pressure there is on it
Thank you. Thank you.
Should my pressure foot be loose going back and forth?
I say yes, I’ve seen videos and when they sew back and forth it glides really easily and smoothly which probably means they loosened the pressure a bit
Hi, I need help adjusting the stitch length on Singer 4411, the knob does not work. I have adjusted just about everything and nothing works. Thank you
Is there a way to get more clearance while raising the presser foot?
Hay great vid I’m wondering if you know if I can adjust my presser foot pressure on a singer quantum stylist 9960
Hi, did you get an answer? My 9980 needs adjustment
I do quilting with my heavy duty and am finding that it creates puckering by the time I get to the end of a long line. I've adjusted the presser foot tension and stitch length.... and still having this issue. Also I am using a walking foot... so maddening as I bought this machine for my home business!! What else could I look at adjusting??
Have you tried a Teflon foot? I'm surprised you have been using a walking foot. My Heavy Duty broke a walking foot and my aunt broke one on hers as well.
@@rollmeinrice correct, or a roller foot.
So I adjusted this without realizing what it was - and now I don't know how to get it back to factory settings. How can I get it back to factory settings?
Thats my problem too,if you look at hers in the videos you can see the top of the head sticking out about an 1/8"over the top of the plastic cover so thats about where I put mine and it works great unless I sew squishy fabric.
Email singer customer care or call them. I sent them an email and got the response back in 2 days.
@@carolquan22 Oh THANK YOU! I've been struggling with this problem for MONTHS since I messed with it and can't get it back to "normal"
Mine hasn't been played with (unless someone did while it was stored for retail). But, starting from a vertical line that is parallel to the #2 thread path, it is 1/8" to the right from the top end of the grove. How many turns from fully tight or loose, idk.
Do you know how to adjust the presser foot for a singer tradition 2282? It doesn't have a dial at the top 🤷🏼♀️
So frustrated!! I’m brand new to sewing and can’t get my thin stretchy fabric under the foot at all. Please help
How you found anything? I’m new with 4423 machine and I want to make sweets
I just bought this machine, but the foot doesn’t move when I turn the knob?
SAME!! i know this post is old but did u find any solutions?
Can anyone tell me what is the factory default setting? Somehow mine got turned and I’m told that it can cause stitches to be slanted, which mine are. I tried everything from changing out the needle, thread, stitch size, stitch width, bobbin clean and change, etc. this is my last hope.
On mine it is parallel to the slot beside it!
THANK YOU!
