Most underrated video. Nice job. I have been preaching this for years! Steak, eggs and blue berries gets you absolutely shredded
Thanks Ryan, you’ve taught me so much about nutrition, been following you since 2019 and you have completely changed my outlook on eating and lifestyle in such a positive way, thank you so much Ryan, I hope I get to meet you one day buddy, next time you’re in St. Louis I’ll have to come say hello, I know you’ve been to the 1st phorm warehouse so I’ll have to stop in next time you’re there.. do a full day of eating/ training, how you eat before workouts and after
Great video. High volume / low calorie foods are key to satiation. For me, the time taken to consume (chew) is also a factor so peaches and oranges go down much faster (soft, mushy) - but chewing each bite of two crunchy apples, especially if you take the time to cut them into paper thin slices and then eat them - it's like trying to finish a large plate of chips - it takes forever and provides fullness.
Great video! Short, to the point & with lots of useful info!
I needed this rn! Love your content, switching from banana to apples and oranges now!
Haven’t had the opportunity to try your old diet of ground beef and berry salad lol. Maybe I need to put the berrys in a bowl in the fridge overnight like here and then tear into them the next day when I make the ground beef! 🤣🤦🏽♂️
This is a really cool way of looking at carbs! Ryan what’s your view on other starchy carbs like sweet potatoes? Would your recommend the fruit volume eating for someone trying to maintain lean muscle and lose some fat at the same time? Any advice on carb timing in relation to workouts?
Great information. I lost like 12 pounds in a calorie deficit while eating a giant bowl of cut up peaches every night.
Excellent concept! Could you do a satiety pyramid with protein sources in the future? Or would that be redundant?
Great video but…
Glycemic index considerations are needed for of the fruit especially when in a cut phase.
Nossir calorie balance remains supreme when it comes to losing body fat
@@cadesimon4034not calorie balance but energy balance

I would love to know plant based options for protein for losing weight.
Hey Ryan where do grapes fall in your pyramid?
I had to replay the start when you said blueberries twice before I noticed the lesser was blackberries
Thank you - I was thinking the same thing
Epic
Appreciate it
Should have included vegetables. Zucchini, cucumbers etc.
Calorie density
Bananas are cheaper, fruit is so expensive 😅
