The fight could've changed if the su-33 had any of its IR guided missles (but the su-33 pilot seems to decide not to shoot his missles at the f22 when it was an easy kill?)
In real life you must be full power,you don’t you have to worry that you need slow down,cause your hook is already out.The reason why you need full power is when you hook missed the rope,make sure you have enough speed to pull up to avoid falling sea.
There is also defense flaring, where if they get the right opportunity and fire a missile, you might not have time to react, but if you are already flaring, then the missile doesn’t hit, it’s kinda a just in case moment

You had the tail of the f22 like 3 times and still refused to shoot a missile, those r 27s will catch up to him and blow him out of the sky

su33. f15 has a bunch of unnecesary bombs and not alot of missiles. also kinda bad at dog fighting since it has a terrible turnrate
