leaving the scissors in a small container with freshly squeezed lemon juice over night , washing sponge to remove absolutely all the rust. Try.
I will try that, but I am a little worried about the acid. Please keep up with future videos. I have one I have not edited and posted about a product I found for soaking the blades.
Hi. I recently found my grandmother's very old Singer scissors. Is this eraser safe to use over the Singer logo? I'm worried it will remove it. Thank you for the informative video.
It should be fine. You could also use a regular pencil eraser and try that first. It is more gentle.

Did the normal eraser work for anyone ??
@@potterdumb if the rust isn’t too bad, it works and there aren’t the scratches left behind like commercial rust erasers.
Could a stainless steel pot scrubber be used
I would be afraid it might scratch the metal.
Can you use 0000 steel wool to remove the rust? Thanks
