It's similar to grey app as well.. I believe Grey is way ahead of Geegpay with user interface and customer support.. I've been using Geegpay for a while, but the automatically stopped some payments.. I hope this new updates is a leap from their past UI, and customer service.

Hello, please why is geegpay asking me for employment details when I am self employed and selected freelancer as my option. This new update is quite confusing, please help
For everyone worried about the new Geegpay requirements update... No, your money is not gone. I felt the same way after logging in a week ago and realised I couldn't access my funds. However, after filling in my employer's detail (name of company and website of company), I could make transactions again. Sadly, they didn't explain these requirements before pushing making them mandatory on the website. They only sent an email to explain today (25/01/23) after over a week of the issue. According to them, the banks they work with require more than your name to be sure the money isn't for bad purposes. So, if you can't access your funds now, don't fret. Fill in those details and you're good to go. If you're a freelancer using Upwork or Fiverr as a freelancer, you can simply paste in their respective websites.
I created a Geegpay Account and I was asked to enter my employment offer letter to complete the process. I didn't see that in your video. Please why is mine like that?
That's coz the account I used in this demonstration is an old account, for new accounts they've added extra requirements which I'm speaking to them about to try and understand better and then make a video about it
I've registered since about 4days ago, validated my account , but my Identity verification is yet to be approved. please how long does it take to get verified ?

It's possible that it's just an error, have you tried emailing them to make a complaint?
I did but they said I should verify my account and theu add a caution badge on the option of using nun verification
