- Where are your clients mostly based? Ghana or abroad?
- Do you find yourself needing to receive international transfers?
- Do you plan to run ads to your site and target people living in places like the US and UK where a PayPal checkout option on your site will make purchasing on your site easier for them?
If your answer is yes to any or all of these questions, then you would benefit from owning a US LLC.
If not, and your clients are mostly fellow Ghanaians or even fellow Africans, then you don't need a US LLC.
