There's a treaty that obligate you to pay taxes in morocco if you did not pay it in US, in case you didn't pay they can know that you have a business account managed by you, so it's matter of time because you are in the radar. Correcte me if I am wrong

In Morocco 🇲🇦 we pay taxes , he doesn’t know also in addition each business has a certain different percentage of taxes

Why should he? If he files taxes (even if the amount due is 0 because hes non us citizen and non resident) wouldnt that mean he paid taxes (zero amount) and by treaty he shouldn't pay any in Morocco?
