Nice vid dude! I'm personally team SNES especially with platformers, fighters and TMNT but the Genesis was fun too. One of my best friends was a Sega guy so i played both growing up.

We were lucky to have whichever one we had.
I think SNES biggest advantage is the sound quality. Except for a few games, Genesis tracks do not fit so good as SNES ones.
You would think that, until you have used a model 1 genesis. That front stereo headphone port made a world of a difference when hooked up to the right speaker system.
Except for Japanese games, they sound excellent. US games not so much.
@@champagnedomain The headphone port couldn't make up for the fact that Genesis games usually sounded inferior in audio. The best sounding SNES games blew away the best sounding Genesis games, and please don't embarrass yourself by claiming that Streets of Rage 2 or Thunderforce 4 were better. They didn't sound bad by any means but better? Not by a long shot.

@@alptugraakan7490 Sonic 3's soundtrack isn't even as good as Sonic 2's you clown. Both the SNES and N64 still have some of the most amazing soundtracks ever conceived. Listen to Jet Force Gemini or LotMN64 2: Goemon's Great Adventure.

What's your favorite part of the snes, the slowdown or cropped resolution?
@@Troll_HaSlowdown wasn't really that prevalent and was never that big of a deal anyway. The cropped resolution was irrelevant and is only brought up by desperate little Sega fanboys. The SNES had objectively better games for it.
