    BUDDYMOON DAY 353/1000 (VLOG 91)
Seeing as we are in the Rajasthan Capital - Jaipur. And seeing that every region in India offers a completely different cuisine. We just HAD TO see what Rajasthani food was all about.
We started the day off with a Rajasthani breakfast. A popular breakfast here is a Kachori, as well as an Aloo Samosa. Aloo is Potato. Let's just say they both were yummy but spicy. What a way to kick-start the day!
For lunch, we headed to a place called Handi. This is a popular restaurant for Rajasthani Food, especially the Lal Maas, which is royalty food according to the locals. This is a spicy dish, like as in a VERY SPICY dish! And for dessert, we ordered some Gulab Juman, which is also a must-have when in India!
Now that our mouths were on fire, we had to cool it down with some Lassi. So we headed down the street to a popular Lassi restaurant called Lassi Wala in Jaipur!
For dinner, we went to a place called LMB (Laksh Mi Misthan Bhandar), where we tried a Rajasthani Thali. This Thali was a 13-course meal!!! Yes, you read right... a 13-course meal! Do not ask me how we managed to finish it all!!

Pro tip for spicy curries: In addition to eating them with yogurt, you can ask restaurant staff for a lemon wedge, which they often provide at no extra cost. Squeezing the lemon into the curry before eating not only reduces the spiciness but also enhances the overall flavor. This is a common practice at our home for enjoying spicy curries.

With a spoon of mixed rice add little vegetable fry to it. If curry is spicy mix little amount with rice. After indian food a glass of Lassi or buttermilk, or curd is best, as these all have more amount of probiotics.

All the foods are so nice in India and they are cheap too comparing with Sri Lankan foods . I also had delicious Indian foods when I came to visit my relatives in South India near city Kerala

You should visit Rajasthan if you have interests for fort..it is biggest state of India as well as the home to most numbers of forts in India.
And there's a lot about Rajasthan i can't explain in this single comment..
Beautiful flaura like desert as well as aravalli hill ranges which separate whole Rajasthan in two parts..west and east.. Western part is desert whereas eastern part is somehow green.. because of the rain it recieves because of hills..but the scenes from those hills are amazing..it also effect the fauna in both sides..so you would find a lot of lakes in eastern part.
In eastern part you would find national reserves for tigers and birds.
By the way I am also from Rajasthan.😀
My recommendation for you to go to "Udaipur" in Rajasthan.
That's a beautiful city or lakes.. it's also known as city of lakes.
