  • There are always situations where you have to sell to other people, clients, investors, partners etc. My opinion is that if you're not able to sell you're not able to lead. Hera are my 3 key points: motivation for sales, skills for sales and a scalable sales team. So get on the phone and do the f..ing call! No matter if you run a large enterprise or have a management team that does the sales job, I think there should be more tutorials out there that share experiences about sales.
