Tesla 3 Higland phantom braking
Annoying for the driver, surprising for the car following and in worst case fatal for the biker on the road shoulder.
Later part of video is the same situation from the car camera.
Cabin camera shows speeds in MPH.
Speed limit is 100 km/h.
Car speed drops 99 to 75 and goes off the lane even I had hand on the steering wheel. If there was a biker, it would be fatal for him/her.

I think that recent update 2024.38.7 improved phantom braking. After the update the car brakes more seldom. Could be also because of dark season in Finland. I keep on following.
