Great design and build. They would also work great for rear racks where you don't want big panniers hanging out. I would be interested in a set if you decide to make them or if you just have the parts machined.

All the pieces can be made using hand tools as well, a drill, jigsaw, torch, sand paper and a bit of time is all you need.
