Lived in Minnesota for 28 yrs. Beautiful state and kind people with a strong non-complaining work ethic. Used to go cross country skiing in the morning after sunrise on cold winter mornings after a fresh snow. Remember the trees creaking in the extreme cold. Those times were extremely calming, peaceful, and reviving. I had a camper too and visited much of that state. I do miss it there and hope to visit soon.
I have an idea that might help with that Scoff oven...with a permanent marker...mark one of the tripod legs the temp. the oven gets at various levels...it's just an idea. Those stars were beautiful! Thank You for another Amazing Adventure Kenny!

It is cool seeing them still in service. That's how we make reservations at the campground when the office is not staffed. It's a great because cell phone service can be sketchy at times. It's nice for emergency services too.

Just a tip: Make sure next time you stay anywhere there is electricity you use a Surge Protector on the end of your electric cord just in case the parks electricity has surges, so it wont damage your camper's Electrical. Beautiful Waterfalls there, glad your brought your family along this time.
Yes. You are 100% correct. I don't have much experience with them. Can I get away with buying a cheaper surge protector? Or is it an item that you get what you pay for. I have never run with one.
@@KennyOfAllTrades you get what you pay for. The best type are EMS type, they with shut the power off before you have an issue. A surge only protects against a surge, like from a lightning strike. EMS will protect you from almost any electrical issues, such as surges, open grounds, reverse polarity, high or low voltage.

I must say, the way you present Minnesota ... damn .. I wish I lived there, sooooooo beautifull nature all arround, a looooot less problems to "wild camp" as here in Europe. And I am glad, that Mandy is shown more, you seem so more happy and relaxed when she or even Tilly are with you.. :) In one video, probably long ago, you said, you have no idea what you are doing with your cam & editing... Huuuh, I totally dissagree! In my oppinion, all your videos are very very cinematic, and damn good put together, it shows how much time and efford you put into them. In that in mind, I have a question, I don't think noone asked it before.. What kind of video and editing equipment you use for making all those beautifull content you present to us? Thank you so much! I use a Gopro 10 action camera. It's really simple to use. I don't understand all the features of a regular camera. I use a DJI Mini 2 drone. I edited the videos on Wondershare Filmora. It's a super easy editing program to learn. I appreciate you watching.

I must say, of all the Overlanding "represenatieves" on RUclips, I think you are the most sincere, down to earth and honest, it so shows how much you like camping and nature. I must say, the way you present Minnesota ... damn .. I wish I lived there, sooooooo beautifull nature all arround, a looooot less problems to "wild camp" as here in Europe. And I am glad, that Mandy is shown more, you seem so more happy and relaxed when she or even Tilly are with you.. :) In one video, probably long ago, you said, you have no idea what you are doing with your cam & editing... Huuuh, I totally dissagree! In my oppinion, all your videos are very very cinematic, and damn good put together, it shows how much time and efford you put into them. In that in mind, I have a question, I don't think noone asked it before.. What kind of video and editing equipment you use for making all those beautifull content you present to us? I wish you, Mandy and Tilly all the best, and keep on doing what you do, you really ROCK! MG

Thank you so much! I use a Gopro 10 action camera. It's really simple to use. I don't understand all the features of a regular camera. I use a DJI Mini 2 drone. I edited the videos on Wondershare Filmora. It's a super easy editing program to learn. I appreciate you watching.

When it’s cold and your stuck in the house for days on end, having the gumption to get out for the weekend at a campground is awesome, I like to say to my wife “we won’t let anything other than fear or common sense stop us” life is short enjoy it while you can, take care.
