Thank you Sayar Michael. I have been doing 5 minute yoga for some time and then I tried this yesterday. I could not do fully the whole session yet. But I started getting the benefit. I woke up this morning with less aches and muscle tensions. I had never feel refreshed like this for some years. This morning, I could do more of the session, not fully yet. can yogic breathing be done before or after this session?
