Because of how Black people were treated after slavery ended in the US, where they still were denied most of their legal rights most of the time for about 100 years, so they didn’t have fair access to things like voting and courts and the police that would normally help them sort out problems. Not that they have fully fair access to them now but they REALLY didn’t have access to them when the Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964. Protected classes were created for the Civil Rights framework that ended Jim Crow segregation and there’s every reason to believe that if we didn’t have them Black people would be excluded again from a lot of white owned and operated places and would lose access to public remedies and services in certain places as well. Other protected classes like religion were added for fairness and because this became the way the Civil Rights functioned - especially women, who were at the time involved in a lot of labor disputes where they were being paid less than men for the same job and it was causing a lot of problems (to a far greater degree than today) - but the main reason the framework exists this way is the rampant abuse of Black people. In particular it also reflects the hostility of state governments toward Black people and their rights and the Feds stepping in to try to counteract it.

Riot's a greedy company always a fine and not an other punishment like they cant play. You say one wrong thing thats most likely true and nope you give us money. Tencent is shit but i love LoL and dislike what riot is doing about everything from pro play to normal games and bugs to mmr to w,e. I mean all game's slowly die off if the company lets it.
Lol what a joke I knew from the very beginning there wasn't anything going to happen to Andy, LCS is a joke nothing will happen to Andy unless he messes with the money, just like Dan Snyder the owner of the Washington Football Team.
whata banger
Dl ought to studying at schools
Why do we have protected classes in the USA?
@@fenzelian ah so a problem from 50 years ago we are still paying for today even though it no longer exists. Gotta love the government. Also protected classes kind of destroys the whole equal before the law thing it would seem. Probably have the Supreme Court to thank for that.
@@Evongelo have you ever had a job?
@@Vendrix86 yes
@@Evongelo You really think that things are equal in the US now? I'm literally hearing about black people getting shot by your own police weekly and I don't even live in NA.
Grow the fuck up and get some perspective.
Just remove TSM from the league and put mr beast in
#keepleaguetoxic lol
Lmao what am i watching. Why is Riot acting live everybody's mom? The fact they can actually just demand $75,000 from an entire team because on of them was mean is just mind-blowing. If I was TSM i would refuse. Of course i'm not surprised that a bunch of zoomers are all in favor of total cancel culture on this one. Everyone needs to grow up, if some dude is being an asshole then kick him off the team and off the circuit. Boom. problem solved, everyone can move on. Turning it into this huge drama is absolutely hilarious.
get well soon.
meditation would be really good for you. best of luck.

Never thought DL would get so cringe
ur the cringe one if you're thinking of defending tsm after this one
@@Nikolow but you know they're going to defend Regi no matter what.
I think he talked on the podcast thing before he thought regi was crazy and i remember some other players agreed. This isnt a new stance for him clearly.
Oh noes regi said a mean thing. Yall are SOFT. I would be angry at the players if i was him too, they've been playing like dog
Touch grass weirdo
L take
most of these issues happened before TSM was dog... you 12?
I hope you never have the opportunity to lead people if that's your attitude.
@@TheBanannerz regi built tsm, made it what it is today, some people prefer reality. You can't expect him to be happy when his team is failing. There's a reason tsm were on top for so many years, it was a competitive culture, and at times a brutal culture. A culture that has expectations. This witch hunt is silly, regi is the most influential owner in history positive and negative. Stop denying reality
Makes you wonder why TSM is letting him stay ceo
