For those that dont know, the way hospital in China treat patient on severe illness like Cancer are a whole different level. My uncle was diagnosed with cancer, and hospital require us to pay for everything the hospital used on the patient asap, no payment, no treatment. Even the gown needs to be purchased, hospital does not provide the basic needs where US patients received, on top of that, u are sharing the room with 3 or 5 ppl depending on the size of the room. Insurance only covers the total bill at the end, not the money that is being spent during, say insurance covers 30% of the bill, the gown cost 20rmb, and u might think u only need to pay 14rmb, wrong, u pay the full price upfront. After everything is done, u pay the full medical bill, u take the recipe to ur insurance, they will reimburse ur 30%. It might sound insane, but thats how it is, this is my experience at the #1 hospital in Guanzhou, one of the 4 main city in China. Else where might be lot more harsh or might operate slightly different. For those that wonders, we gave my uncle more than 350k during his stay at the hospital before his passing over the 3 month period, we are so broke that we were about to sell our house to continue the support, so Medical bill for treating cancer in China is insane.

I have a local distributor on my small hometown of 3000 people that build debt to a bakery of about 2 grand. During COVID he felt bad not giving people basic goods and people didn’t pay him, so he called every single person by name 😂😂😂
I feel like Zhang only contacted ppl about money as an alibi to prove that he needs the money for his grandma's operation and not to actually have the money. If you think about it, the investigations with those individuals (DL and others) do confirm that Zhang needed money for operation.
Unfortunately this isn't exclusive to just kids or league. A lot of athletes suddenly come into money and play for a year in their respective sport and then are found in a d league across the world or mcd due to poor financial management. Schools should be trying better to teach basics to life than just dumping trig/chem/memorization of useless things into people.
So how is swordart gonna get back his other half (40k) ?? Zhang ran back to china... So swordart gonna lose contact with him throught TSM.. even tho they both gonna be in china but china is big.. he can be hide
To be fair to Peter Zhang, yes it is a pretty common occurrence in China for friends/colleagues to lend each other money especially in times of crisis. Also the standardized healthcare while great has its limits especially in a country with as many people as China. Often times surgery waiting lists are long af and you have to have connections and grease the wheels with a red packet. Also very frequently an outside surgeon will be flown in to perform an operation that a hospital is not able to perform with the doctors it has on hand which is paid mostly out of pocket by the family. However none of this excuses Peter Zhang’s terrible financial decisions and probable gambling addiction.
He's just doing what the US does with our debt we take out a loan from one country and pay it with a loan from another country. He's just doing this with people instead and the debt just grows.
I get what Leena is saying but TSM totally deserves some blame. When you empower someone, like giving them a title for a company with authority and the ability to affect the team as much as the head of player development does, when he fucks up, you are responsible. Regardless of what Peter Zhang looked like when he was hired, for this to happen, there has to be some breakdown of management. I don't think he would have been able to do half of this if management asked questions they obviously should have. The fact DL says he would have believed it if he heard about this earlier is telling. If he can see that, TSM should too. This didn't happen over night, it was ongoing for at least a year and a half which is solid percentage of his time with the org. It is grossly improper and problematic to have your boss asking you to loan him money. Once there was even a rumor of that, he should have been suspended/fired/investigated. From the article, it seems like it was very obvious he was acting unprofessionally, and doing so for a significant period of time.
Dude, she doesn't care if you blame the org. But if you blame the org, you have to blame the management that hired him. Like the CEO, Regi. Or the President, Leena.
@@ricobarth I do blame the management team that hired him, I do blame Regi, Leena and Parth too. Less concerned about the hiring than how he was able to do this for so long.
@Vic Birth How? TSM hired and employed this guy. We’re talking about a coach/head of youth development, an incredibly impactful role in the org. Pretty sure your timeline is off by about 6 months tho. DL and Leena had left the org at this point, on bad terms. They would be nice people to tell TSM but are under no obligation to do so. TSM on the other hand? I don’t think I’m crazy for thinking they should have seen this and owe their employees a work environment where their boss isn’t asking for a loan. In what world do influencers have more responsibility than management?
@@ricobarth And I agree, just think this is more on others than her. I flamed her when all the dardoch because it was unprofessional IMO, but this wasn’t her hire and reports say this sort of behavior started when SwordArt came in, a move she had no part in. We’ll probably never no exactly what happened or when it started but I think its fair to say what she can be blamed for pales in comparison to those currently with the org who allowed this shit to happen.
Meh, as a Taiwanese I was surprised anyone wanted swordart after that worlds final shitty Leona plays. No wonder tsm sucked tho, swordart was the weaklink and which is why they lost world and tsm picked the weakest player to sign out of the 5.

14:49 leena “i didnt hire him btw *smiles*” doublelift “ohhhh blaming part” LMAOOOO
parth
TSM just can't catch a break 😂😂
Love these super long vids man
Peter Zhang with the Evergrande moves lmao
Underrated comment holy shit.
I LOL'd super hard when he said "i have a friend who's the Prince of Nigeria..." XDDDDDDD
Bjergsen made the right choice no kissy
In the words of spica
EVERYDAY AT TSM IS A BANGER
When Peter Zhang shows up to the 5 star hotel with a sleeping bag.
"ask me to borrow them money"
the word is LEND. "LEND them money"
I have a local distributor on my small hometown of 3000 people that build debt to a bakery of about 2 grand. During COVID he felt bad not giving people basic goods and people didn’t pay him, so he called every single person by name 😂😂😂
TIL that DL doesn't know what the word 'impropriety' is.
I feel like Zhang only contacted ppl about money as an alibi to prove that he needs the money for his grandma's operation and not to actually have the money. If you think about it, the investigations with those individuals (DL and others) do confirm that Zhang needed money for operation.
Lmfao thats not how investigations work. All it confirms is that he asked all those people for money.
League def needs a revitalization of more professionalism. Too many kids walked into too much money without guidance…
He was trying to get a bag and duce out lol
This sounds like an esports version of Tinder Swindler
fucking Leena LMAO. "This certainly wasn't going on when I was running things, bye bye"
14:40 “people ask me to borrow 20$ sometimes and im like no problem but 70k jesus chrisr oh god” HAHAHAHAHA
Didnt other people claim that the dude was super unprofessional and did not know how to do their job?
So how is swordart gonna get back his other half (40k) ??
Zhang ran back to china... So swordart gonna lose contact with him throught TSM.. even tho they both gonna be in china but china is big.. he can be hide
6:10
facts
even borrowing shit in general
doesn't only go for money
Legit this is like the tinder swindler but his swindling TSM members 😂
This is the type of guy to participate in the Squid Games
To be fair, DL's point about China having universal health care is just wrong lol. but the rest of the argument is legit
He said standardized not universal
Wow. Just wow.
the dude stole 80k from swordart im surprised he even has audacity to argue about losing the job XD
this is so FUNNY
BANGER DAYS
PZ’s grandma is probably getting some Cyberpunk 2077 implants, with all the debts he going into

Stem cells are used for patients with Leukemia too
I'm Flight Instructor in California, and that's about how much I earn per month, $1,000 sadge.
He's just doing what the US does with our debt we take out a loan from one country and pay it with a loan from another country. He's just doing this with people instead and the debt just grows.
Who else tried to look up what kind of car SwordArt had in the us...

“impropriety is a noun, genius“ - thorin I'm sure

Leena trying not to get sued
Oh god yeah. Private investors can totally sue for damages against former TSM management if proven they knew about this behavior.
Really, no one is commenting on how Leena panicked because she's the one who hired Zhang?
wasnt it parth who hired him
@@ivanlu8353 Coaches and Managers do not hire Directors.
When your boss ask you for money lol
China does not have universal healthcare lol
@@woohoo277 But that's still Leena. She was there until November. That's the only reason she's saying "don't blame the org."
Is this not just straight up illegal? He is essentially stealing from multiple people?
"I don't think tsm did nothing wrong" ... The responsibility to make sure nothing fishy is going on is on WHOM?
1:00 still a win acknowledging Taiwan is not part of China
Texas is not part of America.
@@skeel77730 Lmao, let me know when Texas declares independence from America.
i mean i respect it. its tough out here these days.
Meh, as a Taiwanese I was surprised anyone wanted swordart after that worlds final shitty Leona plays. No wonder tsm sucked tho, swordart was the weaklink and which is why they lost world and tsm picked the weakest player to sign out of the 5.
Nice try Peter Zhang
I think he probably tried to maintain a lifestyle of the people around him. But he makes substantially less than players do. So blew through money
Great video! Only got halfway through though, I’m expecting a call from Elon Musk. I’ll tell him you said hi.
Can't eat with you scrubs, I'm eating with the CEO of tencent XD
what did sky williams do?
Gave my sister 2k just because she asked told me she’d get me back. It’s been 4 years I don’t think she’s gettin me back
Grandma reveal at this point
woah woah whats this opportunity with the Prince of Nigeria?
After hearing that last story, I'm surprised this guy hung around that long and no one realized how much of a bullshitter he was. Yikes.
Status. That is where the money spending comes in, as well. It is all about status. He lives beyond his means and lies about knowing those people to make his life seem larger than it is. He isn't this super horrible person, he is just a person that makes poor life decisions, resulting in things like this. His position got to his head and it ran off ahead of his body.
Sounds like a super horrible person. Dude abused his relationships and trust and compassion of people around him. Zero pity for this dude.
holy shit this is so fucking funny it's unbelievable
