can you explain if soul exists or not and if not then how are we human conscious and from where our conscious came from and dont say brain because scientific experiment proved that brain is just a puppet some other force is controlling it

that's how your atma /soul works all animals including human are biological machine and soul is that electricity..

To be honest, there are some mentions of self harm in it. But for the most part, it should be okay. I recommend you read it yourself before deciding.
