  • In this video we visit "Street Food Wrap Masters" Wrapchic. This place is a foodies dream come true.........."The Indian Burrito Company" is what you get when India meets Mexico (East meets West).
    Instead of a naan bread or roti these guys use a flour tortilla as the actual wrap.
    On the day of our visit we had a Burrito wrap with a "half & half" mix of the main vegetarian filling options which are:
    * Soya Amritsari ("Meaty" vegan soya chunks coated with amritsari sauce)
    &
    * Paneer Masala (Soft Indian cheese coated in tava spice, served with tikka sauce).
    The wrap we had was genuinely delicious; but there are a few other items on the menu that we didnt get to try this time around, such as their:
    * WRAPCHOS (Warm Nachos topped with your choice of filling & sauce plus jalapenos, sour cream, cheese & salsa).
    * WRAPOSAS (Their unique spin on a Samosa with a variety of fillings).
    * WRAPCHIPS (Either spiced or plain oven cooked potato wedges).
    ...........so, we really can't wait to visit again, wink, wink ;-)
    These guys have created a delicious menu drawing inspiration from the classic & famous street foods of India & Mexico, this is wonderful "Restaurant Quality Food" but at very affordable street food prices!!!
    There are a choice of 6 other (non veg) fillings namely:
    * Chicken Mughlai (Medium spicy tikka style chicken served with tikka sauce).
    * Chicken Rajasthani (Mint & coriander marinated chicken served with mint chutney).
    * Chicken Chettinad (Tangy, peppery & spicy chicken) cooked in an authentic chettinad sauce.
    * Mutton Hyderabadi (Minced mutton with potato and peas served with madras sauce).
    * Mutton Madrasi (South Indian spiced meat served with chettinad sauce).
    * Fish Malabari (Fish fillet in a tangy malabari sauce).
    Either or all of the following can be added:
    * Choice of either white rice or brown caramalized onion rice,
    * Red kidney & black beans.
    * Wrapslaw (Coleslaw).
    * Fresh mixed lettuce salad.
    * Either hot or mild Salsa.
    & the following can be added as optional extras:
    * Sour cream.
    * Grated cheese.
    * Spicy Jalapenos.
    * Guacmole.
    A drizzle of various sauces / chutneys are offered * Mango, Mint, Yoghurt & Chilli (we opted for the Mint sauce on this occasion).
    At 4:50 in this video, we have the privilage of watching what is truly a master class in dedicated team work, it's a real pleasure to see the "art" of wrap making in action.
    In case you're wondering: "Wrapchic" (pronounced as Rap-Chic) is Mumbai slang and to a localite will mean "Sexy". It is often used as an adjective to accentuate a noun which in this case is the food!
