The LPD fell way too far from grace with their unnecessary policies in today's age. It's a roleplay group not an IRL thing, if they don't stop treating it like that then the LPD will never recover to the glory days that they once had. Some, not all but some of their moderation team have been treating the LPD like their livelihood and it's a good thing and a bad thing at the same time.

As an LPD Officer i can say if you need something new in vrchat than the LPD is the best place for you. You always find new people there and the events are the funiest and coolest i ever seen on vrchat.
I like the idea of the LPD coming back, that each president its there for just a year until election comes every year, a new person and a new take sounds fun it reminds me of how Super Sentai and Kamen Rider does it ( a season of 45-50 episodes each year, doing a new theme every year )
coming from an owner of a semi rp server, good well functioning rp events in vrc is quite hard to get going properly, i respect the lpd's event planning team lol
im actually a part of Cerberus we're basically the PMC of the metaverse and if u dont know what that is thats a whole bag on its own but we have a weekly meeting where things usually happen... usually bad... but we also do stand alone missions sometimes and it is a lot of fun in my opinion
Oh yeah I know the LPD so much, I once got caught in the bar bringing outside food, I tried to escape but got cornered wall slam me and start reading my rights "you have the right to remain eating, anything you do will be cute etc etc". And another when I was walking around singing a squad of officers came out of nowhere and start hitting me screaming *stop resisting!*
I just watched this yesterday, then a few minutes ago I was on a large room in 'The Great Pug' and saw several LPD officers do a take-down in The Roost
