The Russian military has broken another record. Su-35S fighter jet of the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down Ukrainian MiG-29 at a distance of more than 200 km. @@TheRebelAllianceAreTerrorists I rely on predictions to test my understanding of the events. I take the risk of being wrong, but when a prediction turns out to be wrong, it means my understanding was wrong and I get to correct my views accordingly instead of staying stuck in a dogmatic paradigm.
But it's really, really hard for me to consider, in my model, lowering the capabilities of the russian armed forces to such a level that it would match the failures of my predictions. For now I still assume it's bad luck and factors like corruption and bad leadership that will eventually be resolved. Though that just sound like coping...
The US and NATO countries sending whatever obsolete weapons they can find in their warehouses is not going to help Ukraine, at this point in time Ukraine is simply lacking manpower to send to the frontlines to avoid a total collapse. Russia meanwhile is exploiting every breakthrough and continues to advance while the Ukrainians are retreating as fast as they can, while taking heavy losses. Western leaders know that Project Ukraine has failed miserably, they just don't want to face the humiliation of admitting it.

I know many will say that war is like that. But I watched a short video of Ukrainians attacking Russians in the Georgievka region. Look, I don’t know, I can’t wrap my head around how they film, publish, and glorify acts like that; I don’t know what to say. How aggressive they are.
