    A3: Rear Foot Elevated Stationary Lunge (left)
    A4: Rear Foot Elevated Stationary Lunge (right)
    A5: Dumbbell Renegade Rows
    A6: Mini Jump Squats
    A7: Dumbbell Standing Bicep Curls
    A8: Dumbbell Standing Bent Over Row (Elbows Out)
