I've just found your channel and have been enjoying your streptocarpus info. Love the details you mention such as the different growth of first leaves compared to what I'm used to seeing in my garden. And in another video you explained why I'm seeing my new leaves so dark green and my old long leaves getting yellow. Thank you!

for giving this important trick and guidance, I think this genus is highly heterogeneous and cross-pollinated in nature therefore due to heterozygosity all the seedlings will be genetically different. According to my experience only 5 percent seedlings will be good to grow as a desirable normal plants.
My Streptocarpus plants don’t survive when room temperature attains 90-95 during August in Southern California therefore i have to produce seed before plant dies.
These are my favorite indoor plant. Please keep videos like this coming. When repotting such tiny plantings, should a smaller pot be used? I was told they like to be on the root bound side..is this true?
Do you offer any seeds for sale? I love that first one you showed.. the white with purple in the middle. How long until you have an adult plant from starting from seed?
What happens if the seedlings just stay small leaves don't seem to grow bigger
