People with ADHD handle emergency situations very calmly and effectively compared to people without ADHD. Many of my ADHD students went on to become paramedics and ER nurses.
If that's true, I wonder if it's because people with ADHD - whether child or the more calmer adult version - generally have lots of things going on in their head at once, so when things go crazy on the outside, it's something they're already used to in their heads.
Kids learn things in different ways and at their own speed. They have always been able to learn how to do things they need in life. Just in their own time and speed.
I’m 15 years old. And I’m like Kenny. Because I like to help people to. Like for example I helped my friend. Who is also named Ben. He was having a seizure in the middle of class. Last Friday. My teacher was talking to us. And I saved Ben’s life. Buy calling the teacher over. But he told me to stop talking because he thought I was interrupting the class. So I quickly went out of the classroom and called the ambulance. And the police station is right next to my middle school. So they came so fast. And they took him to the hospital. And I hope he is doing better now. But I’m so proud that I saved him from making his seizures worse
I have always been ready to do that just in case. I feel very confident that I can drive a full sized school bus from watching, chatting with the driver, and just being a natural driver. Also, in our school district they teach you to go for the E brake and not mess around with the pedals, but I would first adapt to the situation, like in this situation. Just throwing on the E brake headed straight for that pole would just lock the wheels taking away your ability to steer and turning the wheel really hard when applying it could possibly cause the bus to tilt. With his foot on the gas like that I would have steered for a good straight path and then do the E brake rather than messing around down by the pedals taking my eyes off the road while accelerating hard at a high speed.
I remember taking that bus everyday, they would drop off the high school kids at school first then go to the middle school. I wasn't on the bus at the time it happened I was at the high school. But I remember those two kids that went to both of the high school and middle school was highly bullied by other kids even myself and my sister was highly bullied and the bus driver was so nice and the kids have him a very hard time I'm surprised he didn't have a heart attack from the stress they gave him. And the kids that was saying nice things about them that was just an act to make themselves look good on camera cause after this happened they went back to bullying and giving the bus driver a hard time then he quit.

Kenny is a hero. 😀👍
They say that 50% of ER doctors have ADHD. It is a unique brain type that performs better than most when it comes to emergency situations.
He seems to have surpassed the "clone of a perfect child"!
Kenny you’re a hero so sweet Xxxxxxx
That kid is pretty special!
he did what any kid should do but he did do great and was a special kid, sadly he's one of countless child molesters now, and thankfully still in prison and on the registry.
I like the episodes that show someone getting an award 🥇 for being a hero 🦸🏼♂️
I give that boy %100 credit for taking command of a school bus when the driver passed out he got the bus to the school while one of the students went got the principal my advice to that would be take control and put on the Emergency flashing lights to warn the other cars that happen to be near Kenny Perron is a true hero in my book
That was quick thinking on the kids' part to save the bus driver and their fellow students.
AWESOME JOB KENNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My teachers thought I had ADD when I was in elementary school when I just didn’t want to do the work. They thought they knew better than my pediatrician.
