after thinking too much , I am writing this after an hour watching ur video, so u and I have same jounery just a bit different that I was kind of thin from starting till the lockdown hit, and everything changed. Just going through this whole video has made me so emotional that it feels like reliving those moments again. And honesty telling I m still not healthy not in a good phase and everything is sooo F***ed up , but something is changed. I wanna try good for myself again, because I know I deserve more. I've loss 27kgs in 2 months by following a very unhealthy diet which cause me a lot of health issues like anemia, hair fall, weakness etc.

Such honest and realistic weightloss journey. I so appreciate your consistency for an year, for someone who loves food, following a certain diet is very difficult, and I have also been trying to lose weight for years, until I understood the importance of good food. I have not been able to lose any ever, but recently I started following a proper diet and I have lost 5kg in 2 months.

During my childhood I was a very lean child but as soon as I hit teenage I started gaining weight when I was in 9th I was a healthy child but as soon as I was in 10th I stopped all my activity and I started gaining weight which made me shift to obese category ....every function I go to all my relatives including family members started taunting me and falanadimkana ....but I was kinda used to it so Mai ek kaa se suite the dusre se nikaldete the ....2020 dec me my cousin was suppose to get married and I was the bridesmaid and according to the theme I was suppose to wear a lehenga that was the first time I thought that nothing fits me and I need to loose weight .. so from Feb I started my weight loss no junk exercise and I pretty much lost weight but then lock down happened and I stopped exercise wedding got postponed so I was very laid-back shaadi decide Hoge tab start karenge in tht time I gained back my weight ........but later I realised tht I need to loose weight not o fit in dresses etc but for my health and I am in tht journey ....... bye ❤️❤️

Love your videos! I am also middle sized and very accepting of my body! I honestly tried crash diets and used to get insecure but now thankfully I have gotten over it! Now I eat everything in moderation, enjoy food, move my body in ways I love - I love yoga so I do that! Increased my protein a little bit and hence I feel so good! 💖
