Do provide them with water... because many don't provide water although they provide food ..

Pair this amazing diet with intermittent fasting. I completely agree that calorie counting doesn't help, it just makes dieting harder. I lost 15kgs in 1yr with intermittent fasting while eating rice, ghee, chapati everyday. Gotta lose 15kgs more to reach my target weight. Thanks for the recipes SHEF and wish me all the best 😊✌️
Intermittent fasting is something that I really like too but at this point i dont think i really require that, however yes it is useful. All the very best for your fitness goals I hope you achieve it with a healthy body too💜

This ia the most realistic advice i can share ... I myself do the same ... Collecting tyres (big one)which are damaged or torned from mechanics then placing a sack between the empty space.. this really helps alot to generate heat while they sleep .
