having the news is nice but what really sold me was having all my apps in the same place! Really helpful and honestly don't know why they don't do this more. great video!

I just signed up last week with the deal they offer occasionally.. $1.00 a month for 3 months. I love the material they have to offer, plenty of good movies and retro TV shows.. etc. My opinion, they have way more commercials than any streaming service I’ve ever tried. It’s really irritating when there’s 3 ad breaks during a 30 minute show. I almost feel like Hulu is forcing ppl to pay for the no add $12.99 a month price tag bc the experience isn’t worth it unless you get rid of the ads. If you buy one of their larger packages (bundles) with all the ad on’s channels then they will allow you to pay annually which I’d prefer.. but not with the basic $12.99 no ad service. Personally, I think the bundles are way too expensive. IDK, I’m debating whether to purchase or not. If you break it down, the no ad Hulu service by itself is like .50 cents a day. I guess I’ll decide when my 3 months trial has expired. 🤷🏻♀️
While the content is very good with a fairly large amount of anime, the ads are irritating. Don't misunderstand, I tolerate most standard advertising but Hulu has a massive liberal agenda so the advertising is targeting gay, alcoholics. There is only o.1% of the advertising that relates to a straight individual who is over 40. Balanced advertising and content would be appreciated.

I have Hulu Live TV with no ads plus Disney bundle. It's kinda expensive I've been thinking about reducing it or trying another service but I just can't seem to let go of it. 😭😭
My advice if you want to reduce costs and still get live channels is to get an antenna for local channels & then either do Philo ($25/mo), Sling ($35/mo), or Frndly TV ($7/mo), depending on what channels you watch.
Hmm not sure about a slower internet connection but I'd imagine if Sling works for you then so would Hulu+ Live TV. My impression of their live TV service is generally pretty good. I should have my review of their live service up later this week.

Can someone please answer my questions? Does Hulu have live college football? Sec? Espns? Fox sports? Big ten ? We are thinking of getting rid of our DTV satellite and getting Hulu .. also thinking of getting rid of Netflix if Hulu has lots of movies to choose from, especially horror movies.. my husband is tired of paying $$$$ for Direct Tv
Sorry for the delay! Hulu has all the main local channels, TNT, TBS, truTV, all the ESPN networks, Big 10 Network. I don't think they have Fox Sports and some of the regional sports networks (like Bally Sports) depend on the area you're in. If you go to their main landing page, you can enter your zip and see what channels you'll get in your area. This will take you there: shallistreamit.com/hululivetv
Sure can! They say the trial is available for "new and returning customers." As long as you haven't used a free trial in a while (I couldn't find the exact time period for Hulu but I know for others it's 12 months), you can get the trial and watch whatever you want before you cancel.
I've had it with hulu`s woke adds targeted at lgbtq drug addicts! I don't mind adds but now they play adds every 2 to 5 minutes, it's so ridiculous you can't hardly follow a story line. I already cancelled my Disney subscription because of this crap and I won't be renewing my Hulu sub. I refuse to pay the extortion fee for no adds, there are plenty of other streaming services that know how to place adds and create an enjoyable streaming experience. Many of my friends feel the same, so Hulu needs to wake up or they are gonna lose a lot of subscribers!
Oh no. Not the lgbtq 🏳️🌈 drug addict ads. What is this world coming to, Marty? How will we ever survive being filled with so much hate? I hope it doesn’t unalive us slowly through health issues and diseases since the body keeps the score. But what do I know? I’m just a gay🌈 “addict.”😂🤣

To answer your question- Hulu has more ads than some of their competitors at something like 12 ads per hour. If you rewind typically you'll have to watch some ads again. Movies aren't bad, though, since they only play ads more but won't interrupt in the middle. If you're sensitive to ads it might be worth the extra six bucks, otherwise you could always start with the cheaper option and then upgrade later.
Hulu has the tv show, Black Jesus. Hulu is owned by Disney, Black Jesus is a great show. But Hulu bleeps out at least 65% of the entire dialect. You think that Disney owning Hulu has something to do with bleeping the show? When it was on regular tv, Black Jesus was not censored.
no. Hulu mutes and censors Black Jesus. A very funny sharply written and beautifully portrayed by talented actors that made this tv show a Gem. So why does Hulu censor Black Jesus when it wasn't censored on regular tv? Hmmmmm Makes you wonder where Hulu's ethics really are?
