- On May 10, 2024, audiences will be treated to the cinematic release of "Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes," introducing a fresh central figure, Proximus Caesar. With a production budget of $165 million, the film comes in slightly under the budget of the franchise's highest-grossing installment, "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes."

Proximus doesn’t even show up in the film until nearly an hour in. Noa is definitely the new main character.

When did miles morals get a job with screen rant ?
...?
Hehe I can hear it.
I was wondering why it felt familiar! Hopefully the movie has more life in it!
It made 129 million this opening weekend so not too shaby but with the high cost of living today I think the days of movies making over 300 million dollars in an opening weekend are far behind us. Going to a theater is kind of a luxury item nowadays
Damn, on my podcast we had some strong predictions for this movie. Should we be worried?
Rise of the war of the kingdom of the planet of the planet of the apes
Where does *Dawn fit in that title? 😂
@@better-dayz-r-ahead Dawn of the Rise of the War of the Kingdom of the Planet of the apes
Proximus isn't the main character!
All I can say, is that if it's a GOOD MOVIE, doesn't shove a bunch of DEI down your throat, and the story makes sense, it'll make it's money back. JUST MAKE A GOOD MOVIE! HOW HARD IS THAT TO DO?
The movies was acceptable.... the ending was..meh. I hate it that they made the movie all about apes and humans are literally idiots no matter what. Humans are just not realistical as they are depicted as only thinking about themselves and not trusting anyone else? give me a break...Mae was way to stiff and way to robotic even for her age.
