"SECRET" is the Wrong Title for vehicles that are simply Rare and Obscure. Even Automotive journalism and media will often overlook one-offs, except experimental prototypes and concept cars, that automakers WANT the public to know about, or that are otherwise sensational.

Who owned it may make it more desirable, but not more rare. A vehicle also may not be “rare “ because of its design. There have been many examples that had “exceptional design “, but not rare :
