Had a C&P exam Jan. 2024, requested the results next day via release of info request as it was a VA dr. not a contracted, got the C&P exam results about 3-4 weeks prior to NOD, it was favorable, went from 80% combined to 100% p&t TDIU, good luck everyone, keep punching 👊

What is the quickest and easiest way to get results from a DBQ?

      HOLY MOLY THANK YOU!!
      3 ways:
1- Your VSO is ‘cool’ and they read you the results and let you see through their access (some do some don’t).
2- Same thing as #1 except at your Regional Office. You’re going to want an appointment before just showing up unless your RO is really close to where you live.
3- FOIA for the C&P exam results and that is usually about 20-30 days

Hey ClayD , I have a service connection for right shoulder super spinatus tendinitis arthritis from an injury. Also I’ve been to ortho and they told me that it’s an unrepairable injury and that I have to have shoulder replacement. Can I get an increase for that? I’m currently at 20%

After your replacement, yes. Possibly 30%

If you have a unverified stressor for ptsd, can you file a claim for Insomnia/Depresion secondary to service connected tinnitus
