~BALALALAOO
hahah
We have pink and grey galahs land on our front railing of ur house in Australia.
Tomorrow morning, when the little buggers wake me, they will be hearing… BALALALOO! 😂🇦🇺❤️
"I thought I was consoling her.."
She was NOT consoled."lol
Sweet,sour,sweet,sour....
I really appreciate that you will take the time to talk about your failures. Too easy to just show all the successes. But showing/discussing your failures help us understand how hard you have to work for the successes.
I totally believe in that energy stuff with birds! This one time I was having a big anxiety attack and one of the best things to do for a human is to distract yourself with something that makes you feel good so I decided to do a training session with my ringneck. My ringneck has never ever turned down a training session before or since then because it’s truely the highlight of her day but that moment she was not into it at all and was backing away from me. She could tell something was really wrong. Instead I cuddled my cat (who is the complete opposite when I’m not feeling good and won’t leave me alone) and played video games. I don’t hold it against my ringneck at all, she’s obviously very sensitive to negative energy and I understand. Also I did go into the room and the training pretending to be all happy and excited the same way I usually initiate training sessions but she could still tell. Amazingly intuitive animals.

Between the bird, Jamie's outfit, and the balloon, we have the color coordination down today... except Dave didn't get the memo. I love the close-up shot at the end where Bondi is hanging upside down.
you are friends with her? She is Dying. Ask her to get help now...she doesn't have long. This is so sad. Please beg her to eat or get help
@Suzanne stop trying to freak people out you attention seeker
@@Suzetteofthewest what in the world-
@@Suzetteofthewest mind your own buisness lady! You are out of line making an assumption like that! Maybe shes naturally skinny and trouble gaining or keeping weight on but even so that her buisness.
@@Suzetteofthewest yikes... Idl Jamie personally but they've put old pictures of them in plenty of videos and I have a friend who is similarly naturally skinny, and it's always been somethjng she's been self-conscious about, and she eats plenty, and doesn't have any kind of eating disorder tendencies at ALL, she's just always been naturally very thin... I understnad being concerned for someone, but at the same time, you should at least find out what their baseline is first, before making such dramatic comments like that, saying she's "dying" and crap.... that's a terrible thing to say, especially when you're totally unfamiliar w the person and their health...
They are so cute and pink. Once i took care of a white cockatoo...they are super loud but after hanging out with my other bird that is very quiet he just stoped screaming that much😂
you are friends with her? She is Dying. Ask her to get help now...she doesn't have long. This is so sad. Please beg her to eat or get help
Suzanne she is not dying. This was a long time ago😂
Here in Australia specifically where I live on the goldcoast, I sit and watch them forage and they all have their own personalities and playful behaviour. It's the sweetest thing. Makes me realise how grateful I am to watch all our natives that flock in such big groups, one roundabout to the next will be filled with sulpher crestest cockatoos to galahs to corellas. They are a beautiful species all of them 🥰❤🥰
HEY IM FROM SAIPAN!!! 😆😆 i NEVER wouldve thought id hear literally ANY youtuber mention my home island! You guys have inspired me to not take owning a bird lightly even with budgies. I got my first budgie a month ago and im still learning soooo much from your videos! Keep it up!! :D
We miss Saipan soooo much!
I always wanted a galah, but after seeing bandit attack Jamie, I suddenly thought sun conures were also extremely cute.😆
Don’t be fooled by there cuteness, they are so LOUD like u can’t even imagine
I’m sure I can’t even imagine
@@adelinaasrmine screeched right next to my ear after picking her toy up and it was ringing for hours
Having a male galah for almost 2 years now I can concur with all these comments 😂 my ears have bled so many times & rung ! They are tiny & beautiful but oh so very LOUD 😅 but I now know what each of his screams are about & most of the time I know what to do to help my ears from exploding 🤣👏🏼
She was waving at me 🥺👋🏼
I love how she knew the “show” was over so she immediately took off 😂 I can see how she can be amazing but incredibly frustrating at the same time . Gorgeous bondibutt! 😍
“...ran out of arm space to catch our birds.”
Enter: Capri 🙋🏼♀️
Each one ... has it's own Personality!!! Like people, Orka, Shark... Dolphin ..Bird... Animal, Creature of this Planet!!! !!! God Bless!!!!
The whole bit with Dave was so cute! Just goes to show how much this couple takes such fantastic care of their birds. 🐦
I recently got a Galah and I was so surprised the first time he flipped on his back and screamed like he was being murdered. I knew they did that but it was so hilarious
I rescued a Galah from my sister and brother in law who was kept in a small cage without any toys or mental stimulation . It was called Bert, but I think she was a girl. She couldn’t fly because of an injured wing that they never tried to fix. She lived her final years chasing our dogs and climbing trees and our washing line. ❤❤
It was like being in your family for the length of this video. I want to thank you for inviting us in. As always lots of fun and lots of learning.💕
Stops mid sentence, “ Did you poop?” “Yes you did!” Keeps talking like eh it’s no big deal. Such a bird mom.
You guys are just too much fun. Ya makes me smile !
When you're so early you can write a comment about being early....
I got a GALAH last year, and its the best choice I've made. Thanks to you guys and your informative videos!
As I’m watching this this morning I’m listening to the Galahs fly by making that same beautiful call they make when they’re flying through the air enjoying the morning sun... love galahs so much ♥️♥️
I’m getting an addition to my flock. We think another sun conure. RIP my ears, LOL.
LOL!
you are friends with her? She is Dying. Ask her to get help now...she doesn't have long. This is so sad. Please beg her to eat or get help
Suzanne what? I got no clue at your talking about-
Bondi’s tricks are so adorable!
Capri is soo well-mannered! 😍
i'm so obsessed with white cockatoo screaming and cursing it's soooo funny but I'm pretty sure it's A LOT to handle as an owner. but so so so funny to watch it!
I think that is the first time I have seen Bonnie "rock out" for you.
I LOVED this!! Thank you! You guys should do these more (unless I am missing these) - more personal like this. I enjoyed every second of this video. I am learning so much for you both!
Bondi is so cute! Her hanging outro was hilarious and would have earned my subscription had I already not been subscribed :D.
I have to say, I'm loving these Q&A videos. It was cool having Dave "pop" in and give his thoughts as well 😂. He should drop in on more of the Q&As. Thanks for sharing!
Galah ownership is more like a sport than owning a pet.
You definitely can't take anything to heart. Sometimes there's no rhyme or reason for happy or grumpy moods.
100% about the highs and lows.
Cuteness overload! AWW
I must say that when Dave popped the balloon I jumped to! I used to have a cockatiel and sure miss her.
It's like how we all start somewhere with pretty much anything.
I love how you showed her the balloon and the interaction was so positive she figured out it wasn't gonna actually hurt her.
Thanks for sharing! Bondi is so adorable, it’s incredible how intelligent birds are, they’ll surprise you so much😅 that bite sounds painful😬 Omg the little head bop thing she does with Dave is ADORABLE❤️ I didn’t know she did that, that’s sooo cute!
You GUY's, are... BRILLIANT!!!!!!!
Love all the birds! they always look so healthy and beautiful! 💕
I really just love this channel. I don’t even have a bird but I love seeing your relationship with your birds
She is so beautiful ❤
Aw its soo cute!
I think Bondi is a Western Australian galah because her pink bits are such a deep colour. We have a problem with wild birds hybridizing with the lighter pink eastern states galahs, mostly through escaped pets. Just an fyi. Love you guys!
Such a Precious pink chimken
Your featherbabies are so adorable! Soon when the virus is over I'm gonna buy a conure or parakeet!
If you aren’t set on species you can also adopt.
Thanks for calling him a Galah......appreciation from Australia!🖖🏻
Bondi doesnt miss bandit much. But we all miss him though.
Bondi is so stinking cute! I didn't really know how much I loved birds until I found your channel a few years ago. I kind of just grouped all of the parrot spieces into one group and didn't know anything about them. Ever since I found your channel I have done non stop research. All I do is watch videos, read, and look at bird things. I absolutely love cockatoos and after I found your channel I have spent quite a bit of time hanging out with them. I adore umbrella cockatoos but their scream literally kills my ears. My dream bird is definitely a gahla. I want a femal and I want to name her Bindi. I hope to own one one day. Thank you for showing me how amazing birds truly are. ❤

so good to see you both answering questions.
Love the "Rock out" trick
I didn't realize intuition led me to this particular video for the comedy, wow! Bondi & Jamie ( Dave's cameo) I certainly am appreciative for the laughs! We get it, they are crazy beauties....(none crazier than your friend Marlene McCohen's: Vinnie! what a gangsta' boy!
I Enjoy Watching You Play & Talk With All Your Birds 😁
I'm scared of balloons, too! Haha
I live in perth western Australia and live very close to our local park 5am is when the massive ( possibly 100 to 150 ) corella cockatoos decide to leave there trees and fly over our house the noise is unbelievable
Omg I just love cockatoos! GREAT personalities.
Yes you are so right about knowing when your galah is flying at you for a bite. My Galah will bite my neck so I am able to lift my shoulders and duck my head when she is flying for the bite
It's fun to see you playing around with the Bondi. Very cute ending.
Hi. I have recently started watching your videos and I love your channel. I have always loved the Galah Cockatoo, and have been doing research for years on which breed would be best fitted for me as a companion. I have been looking more into the Galah Cockatoo with watching your videos, and I wanted to ask, I know that many people speak about them being very playful and love their scratches, and want a lot of attention. A while back, I had a beautiful Sun Conure and I loved him to bits. He was the most lovable bird I have ever had. And I love being able to be affectionate to birds, whether it be cuddles or hugs, kisses and scratches. So many people talk about Umbrella Cockatoos as being more on the lovable and cuddly side. Whereas my heart still goes to the Galah Cockatoo. I have always believed that the level of affection your bird will give you is how you raise it, and how you've handled them from a young age. I always used to sleep with my Sun Conure, where he would lie down on his back and fall asleep under the blankets with me. I wanted to ask, that with The Galah's playful, loving nature, have you ever experienced a very close level of connection with a Galah Cockatoo, where you were able to be that affectionate and have that relationship with them? I know that it purely depends on the bird, I just know that with how affectionate and loving I was with my Sun Conure, I would want to be able to have that relationship with my Galah Cockatoo too, and have a strong bond.
Great Galah Mom & Dad!!!!
We need a q&a with Tusa next 🙏
The ending was adorable!
Thank you!
I'm currently in the part of the video where Jamie is talking about galah screams and how she can't handle white cockatoo screams.. and in the background i hear my umbrella screaming bloody murder and couldnt help but laugh 🤣
I really loved this video, but the thumbnail was perfect! 💯 👌🏼 🔥
Jamie, you seem so happy lately! ❤️
Galahs are absolutely gorgeous!!!!
At the beginning, you saying about the moody, bad, random - Bondi sitting and scritching her chin going 'who me?' You are completely right though, my galah is nuts sometimes especially when there are other birds around or he gets spooked, or doesn't get his own way - all of it apparently your fault - you get the biggest ticking off ever. When he's playing, happy, scritching - totally loveable.
Still love him to bits and could never, ever do without the crazy munchkin.
You, Dave and Capri are so cute together!! And love Bondi!
Today when I didnt have my phone with me... i walked out into my front yard and there grazing on the grass were 3 wild galahs... get a bit spoilt here on the north coast of New South Wales Australia... local to our area we get galahs, sulphur crested cockatoos, yellow tailed black cockatoos, little corellas, rainbow lorikeets, scaley breasted lorikeets, eastern and mountain rosellas... in summertime when the gums are flowering you cant hear yourself talk for bird noise. Will have to video it when summer gets back here and send it to you!
One of my friends was like , yeah I think if you decide to get a bird of your own you’re going to get cockatoo, and I laughed because they honestly terrify me, but I think if I get any kinda of cockatoo it would be a galah
I don’t own a bird but I find your videos insightful and entertaining! I’ve watched most of your videos! 🤓Maybe someday soon becoming a bird owner! Keep up the great videos!
I love her 💜
Love the intro, vids and the Galaha rip badit 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 do more vids with the toucans I like them good work on RUclips Jamie
I live in Australia so get to see these beauties, and Cockatoos do make loud noises it's like a full on fight, so do lorikeet's not as loud usually at dusk when feeding. I love the bird life here kookaburras are funny, and galahs are mostly in pairs in the wild. I lived in England loved the robins, blue tites, which you have when going topples there LOL.
I think the volume of a galah screech can depend on bird we had one that would screech really loud like the sulphur crest cockatoos and it echoed in the shed which was even louder
Aww i have a parakeet them in a week ima get another one ou really inspire me!
When I lived in South Australia, we had a large gum tree outside my bedroom window. A large flock of Galah's would roost there every night. They can be really noisey and would wake me up at the crack of dawn. So every day, just on dusk I would stand outside and clap and holler to scare them off so they would roost somewhere else. They still turned up every day though and I think it became as much a part of there routine as mine. Funny little buggers.
I love this little guy!
omg i love galahssss
❤😮🎉😊
Forest trees yes❤
My guess in the community post was not right except for the pink part😂 Bondi boo!♥️
You should do a compilation of spooking birds.
Oh god she is so cute I can’t😂😍
Love her. I always love seeing flocks of galahs in the wild. Adorable. I always wonder how you deal with bird poo in your house. Does it worry you that it can spread sickness? How do you manage/clean it off your house / your furniture etc?
I love all your birds
Oh thank you. I really enjoyed it. I do have a soft spot for galahs as they aren’t as mean as cockatoos. They are less rowdy too and you don’t think as they fly overhead ‘Oh my god, what happening?’. It’s not the end of the world. 🤣
Great video again ... love your honesty.
Ahhhh I love Bondi soooo much
I actually would like more clarification on what you mean by why it's okay to not be scared of fireworks or 'what have I done' I don't quite understand. I would love to get a bird but I want to learn so much more.
That was the cuttest ending video
Being Australian, I have four beautiful galahs Munki, Pinky Pie, Teddy and Jacque. Munki I've had since she was a baby, Pinky Pie I inherited due to her eating all the finch eggs in her previous owners' aviary (not a good mix of birds), Teddy was a rescue girl and finally Jacque my boy was bought for my Pinky Pie as a companion, she just loves him, in fact they all like to hang out together luckily for them and for me. The wild galahs come to the aviary nearly every day to visit them, they call to each other and hang upside down from the tree above the aviary, it's hilarious to watch. Love 'em all. 🤣😂
I think that cockatiels have similar temperaments as cockatoos and galahs, but smaller beaks THANKFULLY 😅. My male cockatiel has flown at our heads on numerous occasions. He’s very territorial and I can definitely tell when he’s attacking vs flying to me bc he flies over my head and aims at my face when he’s attacking. I’ve sort of fixed the situation by hiding the mating area, removing nesting areas and placing them in a quiet part of the house.
I showed this to my galah cockatoo and he loved bondi even when I took my iPad away from him he was screaming and his feathers up and yesterday I trained him slowly to come to his toy he’s scared and then he did it and now if I put the sunflower seed near his toy he will come so fast!
Love this video thank you... I want to get a Galah down the road when he get our children more educated and training. They are doing amazing with our rehomed budgies... so hopefully down the road .. I grew up with my mothers parrot... huge and so loving.. but she was a destroyer hahaha but sooo funny! She was a Malaccan Cockatoo.
Had my bird out when you played her screaming and his feathers stream lined and he dropped his treat thought I was going to get a bite!
My brother had a Galah and he used to be in a big cage with my guinea pigs, and the Galah, would run back and forth with the guineas he loved them too. He would walk across my arm and ended up with scratches on my arm but I didn't care because I loved them. Thought you would like to know. Love Linda.
omg so cuteeee
Omg so cute

I love you guys❤❤❤
i love to watch bondi rescue
ahahha so true about galahs being very easily spooked
Ohhh bondi met Vinny and flew with him. And rock the same.
Awwwww :3 Love you guys!
I downloaded the bird tricks app and I don’t even own a bird yet
I love these videos! Thx! Makes my day!
