I was in Multan stadium the day Sehwag hit the triple and Sachin bashed us all over the park. I clearly remember that we were pretty upset at first but then we realized that we were witnessing history so the crowd actually started applauding the shots! Heartbreaking day as a Pakistan fan but a memorable day as a cricket fan!
We felt the same way when inzi and yosuf played together , but it was a treat to watch . Two of the greatest batsman to have played for pakistan. They would change the course of any game.

that 2001 to 2005 time was something else for india. Everyone was in their prime Sachin, Dravid, Sehwag, ganguly and laxman. We won against Australia, Drew with eng in eng, drew with Aus in Aus then won against Pak in Pak.

Sandeep Singh And McGrath & Warne would have let him score so easily right? They were chasing 200 on the last day with overcast conditions against a world class (read champion) attack. Especially not when they had skittled them out for paltry totals in Mumbai and Nagpur.

He was just like a tiger in the team, no fear, always calm and just focused on his prey whether it is white or red ball and kill that brutally.

He played an important role with the bat too in the 2008 Perth test. Scored 29 and 43 in that match. He gave good start in both innings.

Full crowd.. no smart phones...goddd.. those days ODIs were real treat.. BCCI may brag about IPL now but they never get players like they have in 2000 decade. 90s kids emotion.
