The idea is awesome just need an IBTote. Started up the pond today going to be pretty much high 70’s low 80’s in Beacon, NY this week. Rainbow darters are the guys I’m looking for, I so want them in the big/ pond this year. May even try putting Z. tequilas outside to see if they do better for me
i haven't caught the darter bug yet but it's on my list one day with more space
Pond season my state is pond season but always no matter what will freeze still
my ibc totes are sitting around 50F, once the night time temps stay above 55F i'll be moving fish and plants outdoors into the greenhouse, can't wait!!!

Zebra danios are cheap and easy to learn with, there is also a long fin variety if you want something more fancy. White clouds are similar and more peaceful, either one of those is an easy place to start
