Soundwave is probably my favorite Decepticon, second to Shockwave. He actually believes in the Decepticon cause and thinks it will bring equality, and his loyalty is admirable... even if it's for the wrong side.
Plus he's an extremely intelligent and capable fighter that could hold his own against Optimus for a little while.

I played this game directly on my unlocked Xbox, this part and the starscream one was one of my favorites.
