PLY & PIN cocktail

Bourbon-rye aroma and taste, ending with a cranberry spice. Beautiful smooth sipper. Nick Talarico. Comes in at 32% ABV.
MIXING NOTES: Any better bourbon will work, but I recommend a higher proof bourbon such as Old Grand-Dad 114, etc. to elevate this one into a bourbon forward libation (37 % ABV). Any 100% cranberry juice will work.

1¼ Bulleit 10YO bourbon (KY 91.2 proof)
½ Old Overholt 4YO Straight rye (KY 86 proof)
¾ Taylor’s Velvet Falernum (Barbados 22 proof)
¾ Ocean Spray 100% cranberry juice
¼ fresh Persian lime juice
4dsh Peychaud’s bitters
Dry shake (let the cube do the cooling), pour over 2” cube in single rocks glass
