I had 2 fridges, 1 for blue and 1 for all others.

Thanks for the video, it is always fun to get a look at someone else's setup. I have a basement so the temperature is no problem, but the humidity is kind of a bugger because it is very very dry where I live! I currently have my cheeses in an old non working fridge from the 40's. I keep a big stock pot of water in the bottom and the cheeses up above. I don't have a hygrometer so I'm not sure what the humidity is but I'm sure it isn't 80%. Oh well, gotta make do with what I have for now and hopefully I can figure out a way to increase humidity in the future. Oh and I had to laugh at your barbie cheese because I did the same thing with my cloth bound cheddar, except with a green sharpie! Thanks again.

Great idea with the fridges. I was gonna get another larger wine cooler lol. Much cheaper to convert a fridge.

Regarding your chase cave, do you have any specific recommendation for transforming the fridge into a cave? Of course the temperature control, and I guess with vacuum seal bags you have your humidity on point What about the mechanical part? Everything runs good? I am talking about the cicle of the fridge as well

I am sorry, but I have a question I need an answer for regarding our pregnant jersey midi jersey heifer, pregnant a month and a half first pregnancy. Our jersey steer has been sucking on her and she started to produce a little milk and now her udder seems to be getting a little swollen on the back teats. We have put an anti sucking device with points on it on the steer, but we are not sure what to do or how to handle it. Is our best option to call a vet? We don't have one yet.
