Try holding the case with pods in right next to your phone (literally right by it) mines been this way for ages, what this guy said still didn’t work but I tried to do it right next to my phone just as a regular set up we all use and it began to work, I then moved my case away from the phone and flipped the lid and it didn’t show again, I repeated putting it close then further away again and when close to my phone (right beside it) it worked, hope this helps ❤

my air pods work on iPad, but wont work on my iPhone as they used to, they connect and then disconnect when I listen to anything or go out of settings, they also make scratch noises on the phone if I turn my head sideways while having them in my ears, but they don't with my iPad?

My airpods keep disconnecting on my xs max and dosent even show any popup. The airpods connect seamlessly with other iphones and ipads. Literally tried everything and even reset my iphone

What about the Bluetooth connection might be weak. So, make sure the first Bluetooth range is ok and the antenna.
