I tried everything, resetting AirPods, turning the phone on and off, cleaning them, draining the battery, and resetting network settings, but nothing worked. I have checked many articles and at least 50 videos and that tip with volume up and down, and then turning the phone off WORKED for me, you are literally a lifesaver.
Has anyone seen the light on their case only lighting green when charging and no other lights ? Mine was paired previously, but I disconnected them and attempted to reconnect. Did everything, but still no luck :(

I fixed the problem !!!! I just forgot it from my device turned on airplane mode and turned phone off then on and then held it open right next to my phone and held the button on the back till it shows Orange that it’s reset and then for me it worked somehow someway felt like a blessing

They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

I lost my right AirPod pro and bought a replacement. They would not pair. First upon receiving the new AirPod I removed AirPods in the Find My app which removed them from my phone completely. Then I spent an hour trying to pair them with my iPhone. What worked for me was charging both my phone and AirPods (phone 79%/Airpods 100%), installing the latest software update (16.4) on my iPhone SE2. White light came on case as soon as I opened the AirPods so I closed and opened the case and they paired immediately.
Happy to know that it worked for most of the people, however, it didn't work on my end :( the thing is, the animation did not even show up on my iPhone, nor could it appear on my iPhone or MacBook

Place them back in the case and wait for the prompt to show up. Press the back button of the case for few seconds and you should be able to connect.
