In this video we walk you though the troubleshooting steps to help fix AirPods not connecting or pairing with your iPhone. I tried everything, resetting AirPods, turning the phone on and off, cleaning them, draining the battery, and resetting network settings, but nothing worked. I have checked many articles and at least 50 videos and that tip with volume up and down, and then turning the phone off WORKED for me, you are literally a lifesaver.

Same here. Phone manual reset and then held the connect button on the charging case with air pods inside, and the prompt appeared on my phone 🥳

They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

You helped me fix this frustrating problem! Connection made! I went through all steps until force restarting the iPhone, and then pressed the button on the back a few times to reset the AirPod Pros and it worked! I didn't have to do the network reset. Thank you!

Has anyone seen the light on their case only lighting green when charging and no other lights ? Mine was paired previously, but I disconnected them and attempted to reconnect. Did everything, but still no luck :(

Mine are so annoying. 75% and the left one won’t work and then I disconnect them from my phone and they don’t connect

i fixed mine by powering off my phone then turning it back on
I was able to fix mine, what i did was apply pressure to the Airpod that wasn’t charging into the case and it starts to charge enough for you to be able to reconnect them to your phone

I fixed the problem !!!! I just forgot it from my device turned on airplane mode and turned phone off then on and then held it open right next to my phone and held the button on the back till it shows Orange that it’s reset and then for me it worked somehow someway felt like a blessing

OMG I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! I was having an issue with my volume and i couldnt turn on noise cancellation through my volume settings so i factory reset them and pressed forget device, then it wouldnt connect to my phone!! >;( so i found a comment on your video saying to power my phone off, it worked and now they play properly! glad i found this video and the comment!!!

Omg thank you thank you thank you. Earlier today my right airpod wasn’t working only the left, so I wanted to disconnect them from my iPhone. Instead of disconnecting I removed them from my iCloud. They were only connecting to my MacBook and the left one was only working. My birthday is next week so I really didn’t want to waste money on another pair of AirPods. When I tired almost everything in the video and they were popping up I almost gave up on hope. Then boom the not your AirPods sign showed up and my right one works now. Hi on my phone's widget the right airpod is not showing whilst the case and the left airpod is showing as normal. On your phone the widget I'm talking about is on top left.

I pressed the button on the back to reset and it normally turns white and works. However, now, anytime I press it, I beeps and turns red. It hasn’t connected to my phone for over 3 weeks

Damn I pressed forget device too… and I tried to reset tha AirPods as well n that didn’t work but then I reset tha phone n bingo… connected asappier then rocky
Place them back in the case and wait for the prompt to show up. Press the back button of the case for few seconds and you should be able to connect.

My issues were only one airpod would connect and it wouldn’t show on the view finger widget. When I pressed forget it didn’t show up. When it finally showed up in the Bluetooth I had to update my iOS and then I had to reset the network settings and then turn then force reset/turn on and off twice and it worked
