How to Fix AirPods Popup Not Showing on iPhone! [2023]

My Airpods is Getting Full charg and also get rest but when i open it not Showing any light 🚨 green are White and not showing anything in mubile sacreen when i press the back side button then airpod showing Green light but when u need to connect nothing showing any options in any device please help me 😢😢
