Apple really needs to find solutions for these problems. I thought I was the only one, but when I checked YT I saw that other people were in my situation. My AirPods are like REALLY new. I got them about a week ago. Early this morning I went to connect them, but when I saw the battery life my left one was 100% while the right one was like 2%. I expected the AirPods to have problems when their older not when their barely a week old.

Same had mind for one day they connected then I started noticing my right earbud was having distortion so I ene on conectivo an disconnecting until it didn’t work at all and then my battery life won’t even show anymore on my phone and I’m stuck with a left earbud only working

planned obsolescence. software update in May made them stop working.
My glitch is when I open the case it says for example: left bud 8% right bud 99% charging case 2%, and then close it and open it again and it says something different
Im literally having the same issue , once i open the case the batteries of left bud, right bud and the case is different and when i take the left bud out of the case:- The battery level changes of each one and when i take out the right bud :- again the battery levels change..... PLEASE DO TELL ME IF YOU FIND A SOLUTION.....
Punjabi TV I just found out how to do it, luckily it’s quite easy to fix 🥳🥳lol, all you have to do is disconnect and forget device and then pair them again and it should work, hope this helps! 😁😁
@Munchkin Emerton i just got the airpod pros yesterday and they did that but i fixed it. but then it happened again, i thought it was gonna stop but it didn't. did it happen to u more than 2 times? like for example: i was using them earlier and then i went to charge them and it said 66% so i was like ok. and then like 15 min later i check again it said that they were at 40%. that happened yesterday too

YeH most of them didn’t work but I tried to use a brand new cable from apple and forget device and syncing back up with the cable still on it and work

@@krazybacon4709 could be that they are connected to another device. Hold the button for 15 EXACT seconds and then connect them. But keep your AirPods close to your phone wen connecting otherwise it won't detect your phone.

Every morning I wake up my AirPod pro right side is dead in the case! I’ve left them on charging pad all night I’ve reset them. Nothing seems to fix this

It literally just started working when I opened it my right was low and case was pretty much dead but I had it on a charge all day a couple days ago and I put it on randomly for like an hour throughout the week

Yes, I got mine fixed right away. I contacted Apple support and they told me different ways to troubleshoot but nothing worked so they sent me a replacement and I had to send the broken one back. I didn’t have to pay anything. I never had anymore trouble after I received a new one.

it should be flashing white. keep holding it and watch until it flashes orange or a second and goes back to white.

Edit at 55 likes: Well my warranty goes out in 5 days and apple said that I could mail the airpods to them but I have to pay for a fucking package label and also apple needs my credit card so they can put a 250 dollar hold on the card. Essentially yes I’ll still get new airpods if I send it in but they’re holding 250 dollars and that means they can still charge you the full price if the want to which they most likely will. So it’s essentially not a exchange, more of a scam then an exchange because I could smash the old pair and buy new ones and sell some of the airpods parts or case on eBay

So I purchased the Airpod Pros and I absolutely loved them. The only problem was when I had put the earbuds back in the case after 2 hours of use (67% battery), one earbud would instantly drop to around 15%. I had recharged them and the same thing happened. Then, both earbuds dropped in the battery after putting them In the case.
After the second day of owning them, I went to Staples and exchanged them with a new pair and the same thing is happening. one earbud dropped from 70% to 17%. Then the next day the opposite earbud seemed to drain. Please help! I am using correct chargers.

Make sure you use official chargers from Apple. That includes the charger box as well. Bad chargers can fry your AirPods

If you have an Apple Watch you’ll have to disconnect the Bluetooth from your apple watch and or put your Apple Watch on air plane mode then connect your head phones, play the music, then you can connect your Bluetooth on your watch. Idk why it works, but it’s works for me and yes I have an Apple Watch and I was having the same issue.

My right AirPod wasn’t working for a while. I reset it as suggested not the network settings the pairing wise. I kept taking my right AirPod in and out of the case. I asked Siri how charged it was and she said 2% (the right). Now it’s working because I kept taking it in and out of the case. The case is also plugged into the charger and you’ll see the amber light to show the charging. That’s how I fixed mine. It’s probably hardware in the long run that’s messed up but for now the fixed.

I have got 2 issues. 1 is that when the icon comes up when I take one AirPod out everything goes to different battery percentage .2 is that they just disconnect every 10 seconds. It really frustrates me when I’m trying to listen to music.

So my AirPods stopped working I disconnected them from my Bluetooth on my iPhone 11. And when I opens the case it showed like normal to sync AirPods I Xed out this not thinking and for some reason I couldn’t get that to pop back up or sync the AirPods any other way. Pressing and holding the little button restarting my phone etc. well I decided to reset my whole phone and go back to an old iCloud update it was from earlier this morning and once I did this my AirPods were already synced and ready to go. Hope this helps I tried for 2 hours before doing this and couldn’t get them to work until I did this.
hiya! I had an issue wherein the sound would only come through the left airpod & I tried all these steps, nothing worked. turns out that someone in the sound settings the balance was put on the left one. this issue was on my MacBook so what I did was connect my AirPods, go to system preferences, then click on sound, output, & in the balance section but place the lever in the middle & tada! I reckon it the same with any other device if you’re facing this issue. hope this helped :)

hey can you help me my airpods pro charging case says 100% on my phone but when i put it in charge the light shows yellow and after some time no light shows not green or yellow or anything!
Not only did the right side stop working, but the pop up menu doesn’t work on any apple devices any longer, the manual pairing where you hold the button and it start blinking fast now it just turns off. I bought this from eBay and it worked for like few weeks but all these issues just all of a sudden happened at once. Also when I hold the button after few seconds the light completely turns off.
