  • I'm making a major upgrade to my 2013 Honda CR-V 's factory stereo. I'm installing a Joying Android based navigation stereo system that has built in Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Joying is the best aftermarket Android based stereo manufacturer. Their units are much higher quality than most Android based systems available. This unit supports any Android app and has the google play store installed so you can download any app you want. It has a digital signal processor built in and supports digital audio output as well as a built in 4g LTE modem and wifi. In this video I show you how to complete the installation of the system and how to connect your factory backup camera to the Joying stereo. You can buy this stereo with the link below.

Awesome video series, I just installed the 10.1 inch Single Din Joying Unit. Everything is working great thanks to your instructions in this video. I am trying to splice in the back up camera. You mentioned that White wire A3 and Red wire A19. You count 3 wires from the right is the Ground Wire. The Red is the Power. Then you say on the cable you use the center to connect to the Red and the outside connects to the GREEN Wire. Can you see my confusion? I cannot find a wire diagram. Can you make this clear? @@JackofAllMasterofNone thank you. Fingers crossed. Never spliced an rca cable before. Used your instruction from the video. I’ll report back.

Didn’t work for me. I spliced 2.5mm 4 pin cable that fed to the mirror. It had 4 wires red, yellow, white and I uncoated. I tried to connect them to the 3 RCA cable wires connected to the second camera. But the second camera from the radio would not receive the image from the first cam connected to the mirror.

Hello and Thanks for this video.
I confirm that the 2 wires are white wire (connect to ground) and red wire (connect to the CAM signal), both comes third on the 2 sides of the socket.

Same camera wires for crv 2014 ex non-navigation model. Not sure if it’s the canbus or something else but both monitors show the backup feed, when I did a install(also different aftermarket android stereo).
