a good instance of hidden details in their songs is scaramouche’s second phase boss ost actually has a tatarasuna motif from the ost a hallowed skull. in the same song the motif most often plays as the tenor (representing scaramouche) begins to sing louder than the lower baritone voices that are symbolic of the fatui
One of Sumeru's themes uses the Fibonacci sequence in it! Of course, it's not quite "hidden" because Genshin had a whole official video about it, but still.
I loved this OST so much...Thag I spent most my time in Yashiori, Watatsumi or the main island...I'm always there for the OSTs, Watatsumi and Yashiori are my favourite islands with good OSTs.
lmao this is *_forgotten epic_* a similar leitmotif of this song plays w/ *_serpent’s tragedy_* idk why but this isn’t even creepy, at best, its somber & melancholic but not creepy…tbh this were my first favorite tunes upon arriving inazuma; if anything (someone already mentioned this here) liyue’s *_bird call from afar_* is still much creepier even if it’s just xiao whistling to his dead friends
In my opinion the scariest song is this song that plays in Liyue, I think it only plays in the Qingyin Peaks and the surrounding peaks but that's when I only noticed it but it's like this erie whistle which plays about twice and then it switches OST's. I know Liyue is based around China so I know it couldn't be based on death from European folklore. Anyone have any ideas? Edit: I found out from another short it's Xiao calling out to his dead friends, it's still very creepy though.
How tf would she know? Celestia is cunning and cruel. Ei protected Inazuma from Orabashi's rampage that's the point here. Who cares what forced Orobashi. That point comes later. The lives of people were in danger. Just look what happened in Yashiori. The Narukami shrine devices blessed by archon once went off it wiped out every humans there. And the ones who remained are extremely infected with tatarigami who'll end up going mad and dying brutally anyway. If you observe Yashiori human mobs they have a black miasma like aura which shows they're all diseased with tatarigami. Imagine if Orobashi went towards Narukami what would have happened if Ei didn't stop it in Yashiori with the strongest blow. Tatarigami is so strong that it even infected Tatarasuna and it indirectly affected Sakura tree too since it absorbs filth from whole Inazuma from its roots.
They stole the beat to Zelda and tried to blend it in to a new beat with different music and thought i wouldnt notice. It was the boldest scheme copyright i had ever seen. Its somewhere on Sumeru where it plays somewhere in that part of Teyvat.
Raiden’s sword also sliced through the big mountain where the narukami shrine sits. That’s why the mountain is in two yet there are so many flying stones
Ohgod...... plus...that soundtrack is what makes me feel so fckn depressed and now whenever I go there whenever I listen to it I'm always going back to the moments to the memories where I was fckn depressed fighting like a crazy nut even without HPs or foods but to get revenge as soon as possible just for my beloved, Teppei.....
