      Melody England I may be wrong, but I believe the third piece of music is an adapted instrumental version of “That’s The Way”, by Led Zeppelin. If it isn’t, it sure wants to be.

Now, back to leather...LOL The Butt stitch is confusing to me, I just can't seem to get my head wrapped around it. Are you actually going between the layers of leather?

    Thanks so much, I have always used a single needle to sew my leather, but your use of 2 needles has opened my eyes to new techniques.

      Oh it did lol. I was set on a baseball stitch and ended up using a cross stitch. The box stitch is next for a "out of the pocket" organizer im cooking up for cigarettes, zippo, slidewinder knife, phone and olight flashlight

    Thanks for the demos. I'd done a cross stitch and found the seam too bulky for what I needed. That “Z” stitch lays much flatter.

    Loved this video! Just purchased my first ever Leather sewing kit and every other video I’ve watched I have found to be a bit confusing. This seems way more doable and less intimidating 😅.

    Great video! Never knew some of those stitches existed. If I may, the only thing I would criticize (constructively) is the box stitch, it more about the prepping of your edges(I was taught to bevel the flesh side at 45 degree angle as well as punching the hole through at 45 degrees so the edges meet up perfectly at a miter). Still an awesome tutorial! Thank you!

    Amazing video! I'm having trouble stiching by hand, after I punch the holes, it seems as if my needle is to thick or something, hence is very difficult to pass the needle from one side to the other, can you recomend if is better to punch larger holes or use a smaller needle? Thank you so much for your help!

    Great GEE-tar. Is the cross stitch like a corset stitch & is it stronger than a baseball stitch? Trying to sew a boot hard toe separation back to the rear vamp.

    Oh damn, you included a french seam. Its strong but takes yards of thread, hands of steel and 3x the mount of time. Definitely only want to use a sewing machine for that.
