I understand the band felt forced about adding the rap-Ike addition because the label strongly suggested they add the male rapper part but, it still sounded very cool the way they played off each other… Check out the live performance when she was rockin’ a side-laced corset and jack boots. It’s was a fairly early performance, 2005ish? - you can ind it on youtube…

Amy Lee is such a beautiful woman with a singing voice of an angel. This song always brings me to tears.

He unfortunately died of an overdose. It was years ago. He was such an iconic part of the band. It still doesn't seem right even now.

That was never there in the original recording, it was added on at the label's insistence. Amy Lee only started singing that part herself recently.
