To get rid of the "MICRO SD INITIAL OK" message, add a "SAVER" folder to the root of the SD card. It's trying to back up the game saves to that missing folder.
Update your carts fw. It makes the saver folder automatically now
To me, the best GB/GBC flashcart available The Krikzz ones are good, but they are too damn overpriced
That's awesome, I do like the reset function but I wonder why you're getting that message.
Thanks for the demo and showing off the compatibility with the flash cart.
Looks like ploylabs got in trouble with homeland security wow thanks for the video anyway
You need to reflow the solder joints on the ribbon cable for your display on the dmg-1. 🙂
Can i play gb and gbc on gbaMicro ?
The GBA ezflah Omega emulates gbc games... That why i'm getting the ezflah JR as well.
Great and interesting video !
I have two EZ-Flash IV Omega cartridges since summer 2018.
In summer 2020 i want to buy two EZ-Flash Jr.
Do the save files doing fine? Im hesitant to buy ez flash. But everdrive too expensive for me..

The EZ-Flash IV Omega save like a common GBA cartridge.
Just don't switch off the console immediatly after you have finished to play.
You need to wait at least 10 seconds before switching off the console.
Otherwise you can potentially damage the save file inside the Micro-SD card that the EZ-Flash IV Omega use to work.
P.S. If you have a Nintendo DS Lite/Original DS the EZ-Flash IV Omega can perfectly fit the cartridge slot without stiking out ... same thing for all GBA models.
The Everdrive stiks out from all GBA's and DS's cartridge slot's, and this is not fine if you want to put your console inside a protective case.
Yo thanks dude... One last question, can i copy my .gba and .sav file from the game i played before on emulator?
I played pokemon emerald on my android, and i'd like to transfer the game dan save file onto ez flash and continue playing from there. Can i?
@@daviddinata5256
Yes, you can save the game in the EZ-Flash IV Omega.
If the game is a compressed file in your smartphone you need to uncompress it and find the file-name of the game that ends with .gba
Regarding the save file i don't know.
The EZ-Flash IV Omega save with the .sav extension and i don't know if the emulator saves in the same way as the EZ-Flash IV Omega.
Would you recommend a game boy color clone if I just wanna play my game boy games
Was wondering if i have a Macbook will i be able to format FAT32 and get the SD card working?
Can atest. I Have a dmg, a gbc and two gbps all ips modded. Works grate
Can you save on this ?
yes!
I read something that said a GB Boy Colour will work with the EZ-Flash Jr. if you have 1300mah or 2500mah, 1.2 voltage, Nickel rechargeable batteries. A pair of standard Energizer rechargeable batteries should work. Can anyone confirm this?
I wouldn't recommend using flashcarts with the GB Boy Colour. I used one (the Game Color Flashcart, it's a Chinese Everdrive clone) and it fried my screen. My GB Boy is totally useless now, you can hear the games but nothing shows in the screen, since it's a Chinese device I could not find a screen replacement.
So, for flashcarts I recommend using original hardware. Although GB boy works fine for original cartridges and fake cartridges as well, I wouldn't recommend it for flashcarts and rechargeable batteries in general.
Does it fit on the gb micro?
No
La ez flash jr se puede usar en game boy pocket?
0:35- The memories.
I favor Gameboy Color and Advance more. I apparently gave away my Gameboy Color before I moved. 🙁
Japan had Gameboy Light exclusively to themselves.
This doesn’t work on my gb color only sp
Can it play pokemon?
what game is shown at 11:43?
I have a question if I get this can I put gameboy advance roms on the cartridge so I can play gameboy and gameboy advance on the gameboy advance sp? Or does it only take gbc and Gb
You can't with the ez flash junior. You will be able to play GB and GBC games, but it won't run GBA roms on your GBA. And one more factor to consider, you won't be able to create a save file for every existing game out there. Some games will simply not save because, unlike the everdrive, this card doesn't create a save state. If you want to play "some but not all" GBA roms on your GBA, you need to get the ez junior omega. There are some compatibility issues with the ez flash cards. My advice: if you have the extra bucks, everdrive is the way to go.
@@laccess911 thank you
Can you put gba roms on the everdrive x7 and gbc gb
@@abelvela4954 Both the x5 and x7 GBA will run GB and GBC games. With the x7 you get the save states and in-game menu features.
Only cheap because it is nasty, good luck sourcing one that actually works.
So the gameboy folder is for gameboy advance and gameboy advance sp?
I have bought mine from Aliexpress :D
