you can substitute white whine with lemon or orange juice with or without zest. if you prefer bolder flavors to compliment the herbs you can reduce beef or chicken broth/stock. a dash of worcestershire or even soy sauce. can't go wrong any way.

I just turned vegan and was trying to look for good mushroom recipes online, i didnt use butter just use oil instead, it still turned out really delicious! honestly hands down one of the best recipes i've tried from youtube so far. :) this is the second time I'm making it, can u make more veggie dishes please?
