I bought an ART-ARC3000H-03-FW2 system the one that uses sim card configuring it is becoming a headache coz it isnt being added even after scanning the QR code

You cant use it on locale level. You need to create an account in order to be able to initialize it which is pretty annoying.
One should be able to use it offline without any cloud accounts or else.

I want a clear answer no guess. There are other brands with built-in batteries that can not be replaced but then the battery life is 8-10. Admittedly approximate "lifetime" for an alarm but believes that batteries should be replaceable ..
